I am so lucky to have Trupanion’s Help!
I am so grateful to have Trupanion! Without their help for my cat —who developed severe allergies. I wouldn’t have been able to afford to keep her! And she has so much personality and brings so much joy to me and my family.

Amazing Pet Insurance
I cannot say enough about how wonderful our Healthy Paws Family is! We absolutely love this company, the customer service is second to none. They are amazing at processing claims quickly and efficiently. They also follow up through email to make sure our baby is ok after we have filed a claim and truly care about their clients! The rates are affordable with different plan offerings and the reimbursement is great!! You will not regret covering your fur babies with Healthy Paws!

Yoo-hoo, where are you customer service?
One of my dogs recently had a severe ear infection so I took her to VEG (emergency) and my claim was denied. Why? We surpassed our $1000 deductible for her. Tried to get someone on the phone and was on hold for an hour, no one picked up. Same for the online chat. We also have 2 other pets on this insurance (had 4 but one of our dogs passed away last month) so we're paying a nice chunk of money each month. Our renewal is in September. Do better Pets Best.

Cost doubled in 4 years without ever making a claim.
WE got the policy for our dog when she was about 4 months old and it was about $24/mo. We have never made a claim and the cost has more than doubled to about $54/mo. When contacted about it the company said that vet costs have increased. We thought that by getting it when she was young we were ensuring that we would have the good rate. The company takes the easy money for young dogs and then raises prices for adult dogs to the point that it isn't worth it. It's a terrible way to do business.

Alexis is AWESOME! She followed through with all my requests. Trupanion is THE best fur baby insurance there is, even better than fur less (human) medical insurance. Everyone needs to change to Trupanion. There IS a difference. I did my research BEFORE choosing Trupanion. Best decision I've ever made. I don't have to worry about the medical care my babies get, NOR do I have to worry about a dollar limit.
