Thankful for Trupanion!
I would recommend it to my friends and family. When my pet was not ill, I felt that the insurance monthly premium was too expensive but when she became seriously ill, I was so grateful to have a pet insurance. Otherwise, we wouldn't have been able to afford the treatments and medications that she's needed. Thank you!

Great so far!
I'm very happy with my Lemonade pet insurance so far! The prices are very reasonable and much lower than other competitors. I had a different pet insurance prior to this one and the price increases each year were outrageous, so I switched to Lemonade instead. My dog just went in for her annual wellness visit and submitted my claim, and Lemonade reimbursed me in just a couple days! My only complaint is that the claim process was a bit difficult for me, as they want you to choose which covered services were performed from a drop down menu, and some things on my invoice were listed under a different name so they didn't quite match. I had to google some of them to find out what they were exactly so I could select the right thing from the drop down menu. Otherwise the process is very quick and easy and I was reimbursed very fast! I've only had it for a few months now, so we'll see if my opinion changes next year when it renews. I have high hopes though. :)

Very expensive
The price per month is outrageous now it goes up every year. Also I think the vet consult should count towards the deductible as weâll be covered by insurance once deductible is paid. I paid $374 at the vet and insurance covered $27. The insurance costs $65 a month. I will be shopping for other insurance now.

I find the structure you have built easy to navigate, and also really fast. I REALLY appreciate the speed of reimbursement! I also find it easy to understand what is covered and not covered. I've only needed to use Trupanion twice, but I have been thankful each time for our coverage (and its ease).
