You never count on a pet getting a chronic illness. When they do you want them to get every possible care so they can lead a happy life. This would be extremely difficult without Trupanion. Hospital stays are extremely expensive. We had a reimbursement within 24 hours. Thank You! And Charlotte thanks you!

Always impressed with the professionalism and service I've received with Trupanion. I'm a little upset that the premiums are SO high. I've always paid on time - never missed a payment - recommended to friends and family (My brother, John C, just purchased Trupanion for his cat, Bindy, recently) and still my fees rise.

Claim processing time slow. In 5 years my premium has gone from $50 to almost $100!!!!So with a per health event deductible of $200 it's expensive insurance That said, overall satisfactory rating

TruPanion is true to their word!
TruPanion is true to their word. I've lost 2 fur babies to cancer and it was very expensive without pet insurance trying to save them. I don't want to go through that again and already TruPanion has been beneficial with my cats ear infection. I definitely think it's worth it if you love your pets!

I love your company. I'm in insurance for 30 years on the auto and home side. I truly believe in insurance and you guys have it down perfectly. Your customer experience is second to none. I love how you make me feel and how you are just as concern over my pet's wellbeing as I am. I tell everyone who brings home a dog or cat to make sure they get insurance on them and to go with you. I tell them you are a little more expensive than others but your coverage is the best.
