I only recommend trupanion if the animal is below 1 ur old. Otherwise your claims people will find a reason to deny. I had checked about acupuncture before and was told my policy covered it. Now I am being told I need a rider policy. I am sure if I do get the rider policy that future claims for acupuncture will be denied as pre-existing. I have had a policy with Nick for close to 13 years. The claims process is quick which is good.
