Amazing
Can’t recommend enough, these guys are awesome.The fine prints are easy to read, the price is very competitive, they are always available via the app and always responded to my emails with 24-48 hours. My pet went through cancer last year and Lemonade has been amazing handling our claims and they sincerely helped us financially knowing they claims were being paid in timely manner.We had probably 5-6 claims ante expensive ones and their professionalism and empathy during the process was spot on. I also have my homeowner insurance with them and when living in NY I also had renters insurance with them and as a realtor I am always referring them to renters and homeowners. I just genuinely like lemonade and how they’ve made me feel as a customer.

It’s a pet insurance company.
It’s a pet insurance company. They’re nice sometimes, but scummy other times. I was asked to confirm my name/email/address today when I reached out to ask a questione, and upon telling them that I moved somewhere else, they offered to update it for me. It turns out though that my plan cost went UP just because I moved out 15 minutes away from my family’s house. This wasn’t explained to me before going through the whole address change which was frustrating and disappointing.

Having lost our Golden Retriever to cancer (Melanoma) and paying thousands of dollars for chemo treatments (only gave him approximately two months life extension) I made the decision to take out pet insurance on our next dog. In 2009 I took out a Trupanion policy on our dog, Bryce, a German Shep/Chow and Boxer mix, now twelve soon to be thirteen, and yes, he has cancer. Trupanion has enabled me to give him specialized consults with the oncology vet, ultrasounds, X-Rays and the best of care and at present, he's doing well overall. I highly encourage anyone considering a pet to please take out pet insurance - it's worth every cent of your monthly payment. With Trupanion, reimbursements are prompt and online claim forms are incredibly easy. Our pets never, ever live long enough but ensuring they receive the best care throughout life is possible with pet insurance - again, in our case - Trupanion.
