I’m starting to feel like this is a scam
I have had their pet insurance for years and just filed my first few claims. All were rejected except 1 under $100 as it does not even cover my deductible so why would they care. Their reasoning for denying the claims? I went to the vet about the same issue months ago… is that not the exact reason for getting pet insurance so I can seek treatment for reoccurring issues… anyways I will be cancelling. What a waste of $2000+

Healthy Paws has saved not only my life , but also my dog Cocoa's! Having insurance that covers the majority of her emergencies has lifted the anxiety from my plate. She has to have bilateral TPLO surgery and thank goodness that It's covered by insurance.

MetLife for your PetLife!
I've had health insurance for my pets before but the claims processing was so onerous and so limited in payout that I felt it was probably cheaper just to go without. However, the pet I adopted thru and agency came with MetLife for the first month and I decided to give it a try beyond that. It has been a blessing to have such great coverage thru MetLife and their claims processing is very efficient and easy to use online or with your phone. They may be a little slow on occasion, but certainly no worse than human health care claims! Keep up the great work MetLife.

My Corgi had an injury within the first few months of acquiring our policy and with 80% and only 100 deductible, it helped immensely. Vet bills add up fast! The process of reimbursement was easy and fast and very professional.

After I send in my claim I usually get the return money in my bank with in a week. Thank you and I have told many friends to investigate as many pet insurance and pick what you feel will accomodate your needs. For me I liked what Trupanion had to offer for my two dogs.

Very disappointed
No matter how many symptom my dog had, trupanion eont pay any bills that might have anything to do with her bowels. Donât know why I keep this insurance. I had hoped when she got older, the ins would help me financially. With all the premiums Iâve paid over the years, I get nothing in return!
