Super Smooth and Easy
Lemonade Insurance was super easy to sign up for online and filing claims is incredibly quick and simple. Would highly recommend. The quote was also the most affordable one I received after checking multiple options and was the most comprehensive for what I was looking for.

Amazing service, I just wish they covered more
Lemonade is amazing! It is so easy to submit a claim, to get reimbursed, to ask questions - nearly anything a pet parent could need! The only thing is I wish they covered more. My dog's anxiety medication is not covered, nor is some of her other medication or preventatives. They also don't cover dental at all which is a great expense the vet says is essential. I wish they offered coverage at an affordable price that includes these things, as it would be more worth it to me. For now I'm left wondering does the amount I pay per year make it worth the lower amount I get reimbursed for her annual visit.

When life gives you lemons, you need Lemonade!
My beloved cat, Bella, had a big health scare this year. On top of being distraught with worry over her physical health, my anxiety about potential bills was also huge. I've had pet insurance her whole life, but luckily, I never truly needed it before this year. I AM SO HAPPY I DID. I filed claims for her numerous vet visits, tests, and medications, and Lemonade took care of them so quickly. They reached out to my vet directly for applicable notes needed for each claim, and they broke down all of the pay outs by line item. The claims process is very straightforward and requires zero phone calls. i was reimbursed within three weeks of my largest claims, and within FOUR DAYS of my smaller claims. The monthly payments are very low. Their customer service people are real people who actually care about your fur babies. I've so thankful for Lemonade.

I wish all insurance was as easy as Lemonade
My wife and I have been thinking about getting pet insurance for our cats for a long time. We looked into it a few times and were turned off by all of the small print. We found out about Lemonade randomly and were immediately struck with the ease of use, clarity, customer-facing interface and friendliness of the employees. Thank God we haven't needed to file a serious claim yet, but for small doctors visits and vaccines, submitting the claim was a breeze and in both cases, we were paid the same day. This is a huge stress off of our backs. We no longer have to think twice before taking our cats to the vet. Thank you lemonade!

Awesome insurance
Lemonade saved me so much money ! I have two kittens, one hurt his tail several month ago and need to do a serious surgery, which cost ~1200usd, glad we bought the insurance for him and lemonade response so fast and give the money back after got all the documents, thanks so much lemonade! Definitely recommend lemonade to all the people have pets!

Unbelievably Easy
I did extensive comparative reviews TWICE before I was willing to commit to pet insurance. I was skeptical of the value at first but ultimately by the second round of research did the math and spoke to a couple of vets and friends with pet insurance and was convinced of the benefit. If you treat your cats like family, then pet insurance makes sense. The alternative to not having insurance is awful if a pet becomes sick or injured and required costly care. I decided I didn't want to put me or my family in that situation having to make that kind of decision. Once you look at it that way, insurance makes a lot of sense just like it does for people. When I did the comparisons I kept going back to Lemonade for the cost. Then, I started using Lemonade and I cannot believe how easy the entire process is. They handle everything through the app and email with excellent friendly customer service. They respond very quickly and everything is set up to be extremely people friendly - even for those who know nothing about technology. The claims were processed ridiculously quickly and the reimbursement was in my bank account in about 24 hours. I am loving Lemonade and know I made the right choice. I wish more people knew about it.

Great claim processing and reimbursement time!
Prior to selecting Lemonade Pet Insurance, I looked at several pet health insurance plans. After carefully reviewing all of them, I selected Lemonade because they offer a Pet Wellness Plan. This is important because it encourages all pet parents to bring their beloved fur child in for a yearly checkup, update vaccinations, draw necessary lab tests, etc. As a devoted pet parent, I bring my fur daughter in every year for a wellness exam. The ease of submitting a claim was surprisingly easy, the Customer Service Rep did a fabulous job, received my reimbursement within one business day.

Lemonade is easy, fair and affordable
The Lemonade app is extremely user-friendly and even charming. No long waits or call-centers. The refund policy is fair. Never had to haggle for a reimbursement that was promised. The rates are reasonable. I also like that Lemonade believes in supporting non-for profits.
