I love the simplicity of this plan.
I love the simplicity of this plan. I know exactly what Iâm paying and I know exactly what Iâm getting, except for one thing: the âstandard planâ includes acupuncture and other non-standard procedures. I wish they had told me so I could have saved the money from that add-on! I would have given a 10 if they informed me of this!

Good afternoon, my husband and I have been paying for this insurance for almost a year (we contracted the most expensive rate) so we don't have to worry about money if something happens to our cat one day. This has been a surprise for us, because after paying a very expensive insurance fee for almost a year, of this bill of $600 you only cover $158. We are very disappointed, and we feel a little ripped off. For all these reasons, we request that you immediately unsubscribe us from the insurance, both for Lole and for Jazz.

NEVER do business with these people!
It began when they started denying reimbursement for claims that were clearly covered by my policy. But now it’s worse: they sent me a $260 check that bounced! Citibank is charging me penalty for depositing a check that was unpaid!!! These people are thieves!

When bringing our new puppy home and signing up for pet insurance could never have imagined having to use it. Sadly, our boy ended up with multiple health issues both genetic and accidental. We will forever be grateful that because of trupanion he was able to have the very best in veterinary care without ever having to say âwe canât afford thatâ. Claims provess is smooth and quick
Out of all the insurance companies that I checked out, Furkin had a plan that was effective for my 2 Golden Retrievers. Going through their claims process was smooth and quick. Definitely recommend for anyone looking to purchase insurance.

Satisfied customer.
Trupanion has always been very good to me. Iâve always had good experiences with claims, with money being deposited into my bank account very quickly. Submitting claims with the app is extremely easy. I also love the fact that my vet can bill Trupanion directly. When Iâve needed to call for support, the people Iâve spoken to have been kind, friendly, and helpful, always asking after my dog and sometimes even telling me to give her a hug for them. The only reason my rating is an 8 instead of a 10 is because it is quite costly. I understand why, but most of my family and friends wouldnât be able to afford Trupanion, or any other insurance company, unfortunately.
