always helpful when I call or email with a question , I have paid into Trupanion for two dogs for 12 years , at year 11 one of my dogs became ill , Trupanion's financial support has made testing and ongoing treatments affordable ,I can keep my precious pup from crossing that Rainbow Bridge for awhile longer

Incredibly fast and easy to submit claim
Lemonade has always been great with my home insurance, and so when I recently switched to pet insurance, it’s not surprise how efficient and easy they make everything! I answered a few automated questions (and could easily chat with a rep if need be) and submitted a PDF of my vet receipt. Literally 30 seconds later, the money arrived in my bank for reimbursement! I do wish they had slightly more coverage (out of a $260 standard vet visit, I got $160 reimbursed), but for how quickly they process everything, it’s totally worth it!!!
