Trupanion! Best pet insurance!
So great! Efficient. Expansive. BUTâ I had to pat the deductible twice on the same issue because two specialists were involved! Is this right? One vet couldnât find the problem and referred to a ver hospital ( UC Davis) . The visits were on the same day. ???????

Excellent Investment
My claims experience was outstanding when my puppy broke his leg. It was extremely easy to upload invoices. I was given updates as to where my claim stood regularly, and all of my claims were paid within 48 hours. Excellent customer service, ease-of-use, great rates. Best investment I made for my dog!

Deny Deny Deny
I booked insurance for a piece of mind and clearly I should've just told my self no and gone with a different provider. All Im getting from my claims is deny deny deny deny and Im under unlimited insurance package. Hoping my next claim doesn't get denied, none of my 4 pervious claims have even been applied to my deductible which means at end of year given my pet is in good health I still have to pay. I was better off with Liberty Mutual they actually process claims in a timely manner not wait month and a half to deny you like PetsBest and Liberty Mutual calls you with an explanation as to why it was denied. ALL IN ALL LEARNING EXPERIENCE THANK YOU FOR SHOWING ME WHAT I DONT WANT IN PET INSURANCE.

Best decision ever to get insurance
Trupanion is the best - I always tell people how glad I am to have Trupanion cover my Jack -he is a 12 year old Yorkshire Terrier , and had surgery on both legs - when he was about 3 years old - and with Trupanion we can afford to give Jack the medical care he deserves - Thankyou Trupanion - we are so happy we are with you

Second Thoughts
I made my first claim and Trupanion is already trying to find a loophole to not pay so I am not sure if I will be keeping it. I figured it was a scam, but wanted to try it.

I would recommend any one that ask me to shop around. I tried to cover all my basis in looking for a pet ins for my 2 dogs. Personally I think a lot of this is a racket!!! I talk to someone before my dogs had this surgery and it sound like it should be covered Unfortunately you have us by the tail(no pun intended) and we need to carry pet insurance but it doesnât seem consumer friendly
