Healthy Paws Pet Insurance is the best investment you can make to insure the best care of your beloved pet. Adopted my dog Luke when he was 6 months old and immediately got this insurance in 2017, and it has been a life saver. Luke ended up with allergies and the medication is $180.00 a month, I send the invoice to Healthy Paws and get reimbursed for 90% within 2-3 days. He has had multiple surgeries that have also been covered at 90%, saving me thousands of dollars. Their customer service is the most caring, kind, professional I have ever encountered. I have referred many friends and family to Healthy Paws, and they tell me if not for this insurance it would have been so stressful and devastating, emotionally and financially, had they had ignored the importance of getting this coverage for their pets. Affordable pet insurance!
A trial petsplusus insurance plan was provided to me when I adopted my cat from the local municipal shelter. I am glad to have decided to convert the trial plan into a continuous policy. For the past year and a half they have provided effective customer service and assistance with my claims. The rates are affordable for the age of my cat and they do not make a fuss when claiming vet bills. Highly recommend insuring your pet through Petsplusus!

Great overall experience
So glad I have this insurance. It has been a literal life saver for the health of my fur baby and financially for me. Great and friendly customer service. Submission of claims are made simply and easily in the app. Reimbursements are quick and easy as well. I can concentrate on my baby girl and give her what she needs at the vet and home. Aussi bien mettre tout cet argent dans un compte épargne que de le mettre à l'eau avec vous ... Vous n'êtes même pas foutu de rembourser les réclamations au complet, j'ai un police qui me coûte 115$ par mois, au départ j'ai demander la meilleur de vos police.... Si c'est ça votre meilleur police et vien c'est vraiment dommage mais vous ne faite pas la job !!!! Je vais résilier pour m'organiser autrement

Best Pet Insurance Available
I signed up in 2011 with Healthy Paws for a new pup I got from a rescue. My beloved schnauzer fell seriously ill in Dec 2023, and was hospitalized for over 3 weeks in the vet ICU. The bill was a staggering $22k, and Healthy Paws covered most of it. They are compassionate and fast, and while I lost my dog on Christmas Day, I was able to give him the best care because I had Healthy Paws working with me. Five stars all around! My vets always told me that pet insurance never covers anything, but trust me, Healthy Paws is not like any other insurance. Thanks to them, my dog was given a fighting chance.

Will never be without it
We had never used my pet insurance and because my furbabies had always been healthy and they had reach the age the premium was increasing a little more than I was comfortable with, I almost cancelled my insurance. Decided to keep it one final year. My oldest furbaby developed Lymphoma. Because we had MetLife we were able to get the best treatment possible for her and as of today she is still in remission. I learned my lesson. We will never be without insurance for them. MetLife as been wonderful through it all, reimbursements, claim processing and even renewal.

My cat had paw injury. Was not cheap as minor surgery was required. This insurance reimbursed me within two weeks paying about 85% of costs. I am very pleased

Terrible
I would not recommend MetLife pet insurance to my worst enemy. The lack of customer service follow through and loopholes to avoid paying a claim is disrespectful. Paying over $900 on premiums and $500 in deductibles and they deny a claim for $160. I would suggest going with a company that requires a pre-existing condition physical so you know what they expect upfront.
