Great Service.
It has been a wonderful experience dealing with Trupanion during a very difficult time. This is my first claim and I was very worried that they will make it difficult for me by asking multiple questions and make the process difficult as we know all insurance companies try to do. I was pleasantly surprised how easy to claim through the website once I opened an account and how quick they put the money in my account. Riki is doing so much better and came back to normal after he almost passed from a congestive Heart Failure at age 4.Thank you.

Purchased Trupanion 3 years ago and never need it. Now that my pup is 3 year old she got into a little trouble and Trupanion came to the rescue. I'm very thankful I purchased it when I did, never letting this coverage go:)

Do not appreciate increasing payment .
Trupanion did come through when we needed help with the surgery. The only reservation that I have with Trupanion is that the monthly payment seems to increase yearly, when I initially purchased the insurance I was told that as Cooper was still so young that the monthly payment would not increase...now it has almost doubled in 7 years, this is my disappointment with Trupanion. Just raise my premium AGAIN $50
TRUPANION just raised my premium by $50… TRUPANION just raised my premium by $50 month and they advertise that they don't raise their premiums as often as other carriers. I started at $70 month and in only 4yrs they raised it to $210 a month (and they claim thats a discount!!) on a healthy dog who has NEVER used the policy. They claim the vets have raised their prices "in my area" my vet hasn't raised his prices in 8 years!! Do yourself a favor, dump TRUPANION and open a doggy savings account and gain interest on the money, because if your dog is normal healthy dog your throwing your money away in premiums that go to other sick dogs.

Trupanion An Investment For Your Pet
Trupanion is great in processing claims. If your Vetrinary Office accepts Trupanion they bill and process the claims on site. If you need to submit it yourself, they are amazingly timely in turn around with their decisions. My only wish is that that would cover office visits and suck things as bland expression , ear cleaning etc as I have a pet that medically needs these services and they canât be done at home.
