WORST INSURANCE COMPANY EVER
please please please don't get pet insurance with fetch, they take 2 months to review claims AND you HAVE to take you pet to the vet at least once year for your insurance to be valid. We were paying $200 a month for our insurance (for two big dogs) had 1 vet visit for our puppy and we didn't get anything back because we were $9 under the deductible. The math doesn't add up and they don't want to pay you. We switched to CAA pet insurance, pay cheaper rates, and have got our claim review and payout back in days. Please don't waste your money on fetch! it's super concerning because what if you had a large vet bill and they didn't pay you? but yet you paid into your insurance for years? so frustating!!!

So Grateful I Have Them!
My adopted pitbull mix was rescued from the worst conditions. I chose Healthy Paws hoping I would not have to use it. Unfortunately my pup has had several health issues from slip disk requiring surgery, splenectomy and cancer surgery. They have saved me thousands of dollars !! Having Healthy Paws has allowed me to do whatever has been needed for my beloved pibble to heal . If it weren't for them I don't know what I would have done. I am so grateful to them !! They have fast claim reimbursement with no issues usually within a few days. So glad I made the decision to go with Healthy Paws !

Feeling Frenchie Fortunate
I'm so glad I researched and obtained insurance and setup my Frenchie with Metlife Pets the first week of receiving him into our family. Little did I know that this breed has more issues than others. Having the assurance of insurance is comforting. I do have to pay out of pocket and wait for reimbursement. Most times I receive payment in days, other times it takes a little longer. The main point is that I have been reimbursed for everything I have submitted so far. I plan to keep insurance for the rest of my Frenchie's life so I hope Metlife Pets keeps up their end of the bargain. Don't wait to sign up for insurance! Get it NOW! :-)

Useless Pet Insurance
As usual with a puppy we had a couple of illnesses to deal with. The 2 vet visits with tests were over $400. Trupanion took forever to process the claims and when they did I was reimbursed a whopping $60 total. My puppy has been insured for 6 months @ $69 a month. = $414. This mean Trupanion has turned a profit on me of $354 in just 6 months plus I’m stuck with paying the majority of the bill. It would have been cheaper to have no insurance and just pay the vet. I will be canceling this insurance.

MetLife Pet Insurance
I just rescued a small terrier/chihuahua mix in April and matchdog rescue recommended this pet insurance which was very reasonable and a great investment!! Had to run her to after hours emergency vet hospital as I could not find one of her rubber chew bones .. I had exam and X-rays done and thank God there was no obstruction or foreign object . Just for this visit it was over $950. I obtained the necessary documents swiftly and submitted via their easy app electronically. Process was timely and received a payment deposited into my checking account. Reasonable deductible and all done !! I would highly recommend MetLife Pet Insurance!!!
Trupanion is awesome A+
As the title says, I am very happy with Trupanion. I signed up for their 90% plan. They had their share paid before I left the Vets office. My trip to the Vet yesterday was roughly $672.00 and my out of pocket of that bill was $55.00. That put a smile on my face. They have been this way with every Vet visit. They follow up with e-mails and links to your claim. Trupanion is very efficient. I think I chose well for my first try with pet insurance, They are a keeper. And finally remember folks, get insurance on your puppy early, like at 2 months old. I waited until my boy was 3 months old, in that one month he got an ear infection in his left ear. So now he has that one preexisting ailment, so they don't have to pay for ear infections for the rest of my dog's life.
Thankful for Healthy Paws Pet Insurance
I can't say enough about Healthy Paws Pet Insurance. I bought the policy when I rescued my dog at 11 months and he is now 10 1/2. I have submitted many claims throughout the years without questions asked other than occasional veterinary notes for review to substantiate my claims that have been very high. It provides me the comfort to know I can take the best care of my boy, Petey. He has torn 2 ACL's in the last couple years which has cost me ~12,000 dollars and most recently he has been diagnosed with chronic pancreatitis and was referred to a specialist for evaluation that cost ~3,500 and now be undergoing Hyperbaric oxygen treatment that is about ~1,500. Healthy Paws has stood by their policy every step of the way. Over the years I have definitely received more money back in reimbursement than I have paid in premiums. I wish medical insurance was this good for humans!

Best Pet Insurance
Before I was able to bring my puppy home, the breeder would not release him until I showed proof of pet insurance. So I had no choice but to purchase pet insurance. I was going to cancel because everyone was telling me to. Thank god I didn’t! My puppy got very sick and was admitted to the hospital! Healthy Paws acted on my claims immediately! I was reimbursed within a few days! They are hands down the best! I tell people to give up a manicure or for the guys, order a few less beers and get pet insurance!

Healthy Paws for the win
Our puppy was electrocuted and was hospitalized for six days. If it wasn’t for our friends that recommended insurance through Healthy Paws, we would have had to put Odysseus down. Healthy Paws is affordable and covers almost everything. All we had to do is take a picture of the paid invoice and upload it to the app. It was also easy to speak to customer service on the phone. We can’t speak highly enough about the company.
