Fast response time!
Trupanion is always so fast to email me with all the invoice refunds and many more. I am always so happy and appreciate Trupanion a lot. Yes, it is more expensive per month as it ages but it is worth it with my Roxi dog! This is the first time I could call you about the Gentle Vet invoices that were not being sent well to Trupanion since they had different customers. So I appreciate all you could help me with and calling the Gentle Vets! Hope Gentle Vet does it back to normal to Trupanion. Thank you very much. Much Aloha, Lindy

Best decision
Trupanion is the best vision my family made to protect our pets health care needs. Very helpful and was able to answer all my questions. Never experienced a problem with Trupanion. Due to my pet's surgeries they have been a lifesaver. I want my pet to have the best care available and with Trupanion that is possible. Reasonable rates which you can adjust to what you can afford. Worth every penny.

Honestly, my biggest problem is I can't afford you guys. I've started looking into other companies, I know that now you cover more than you once did, but I'm still in debt from taking out so many credit cards to take care of my dog, all while having insurance coverage since the day he was born.

Premiums
Trupanion premiums just went up by 50% per year. I know they need to adjust but not 50%. If your dog has allergies then literally any skin condition is blamed on allergies and seen as a pre-existing condition. Have never had to claim for anything major and hopefully never will but it will be interesting to see if we get any reimbursement. Dental - if your dog has just a minor amount of plague then it is a pre-existing condition. We are keeping our policy for now with the highest deductible but if the premiums go up again, it will not be worth it.

Embrace Pet Insurance Has Saved Gus's Life MORE Than Once!
I am forever grateful to the older woman that sat next to me that day at our Vet's office and said, "Oh a new puppy! You better get insurance! Puppies eat everything!!!" I remember thinking to myself what a silly notion "dog insurance" would be, and then I thought about it again. My family needs medical insurance so wouldn't it be a good idea to have it for our new puppy? Thank GOD we found Embrace! Gus is a PWD that makes fairly poor choices when left to his own devices. On top of eating things that no human would ever think about eating, he has Addison's Disease (which requires special food and a monthly shot), he's been diagnosed with skin cancer and has undergone radiation treatments to get rid of it in the short term, and he's had two surgeries to remove some of the "poor choices" he's made. Those on top of all the other shots, treatments for allergies and just being a "dog", well, I can attest that we have literally saved a college tuition because we HAD Embrace! It's because we had insurance that he is still with us today. Had we not had the insurance, we would have NEVER been able to do the treatments, shots and surgeries required to keep this silly little PWD alive and with us today. With his track record, we know that we will be back at the Vet with another issue, but at least I know that we are covered when they happen and for that we are forever grateful!
