Most Awesome Pet Insurance Company. That's FIgo!!
I was reluctant to get pet insurance. I'm glad I did. I was recommend Figo by my veterinarian. I researched other companies, but value wise, FIgo offered the most. After a month of being on Figo, My dog swallowed a toy, and a month after suffered upper respiratory infection, which later escalated to pneumonia. I spent over 1500 on vets bills. Figo saved me. I was reimbursed 90 percent back. process was a little over 2 weeks for first claim. second claim was faster. I recommend Figo to everyone. YEs to Figo

Bringing Pet Insurance to the 21st Century
Luckily i've not needed to made a claim, so this review is more of my buying experience and then being a member for around 6 months. I read a lot of reviews to find a price vs coverage balance for my 2 year old Poodle mix. Figo was incredibly competitive and the policy information was clear. What I really like about this insurance is the user-experience, the website looks good, is simple to use, you can SMS customer service and store your pet records in the cloud for when you need them. I easily signed up to Auto Pay with my bank, got a discount for adopting a rescue and feel that if I need to use them, then they will be there.

Excellent experience, concerned, courteous and fast claim processing.
Our Ruby came to us at 3 1/2 she is a rescue from breeding for a puppy mill. She will be 12 this month. We had two claims and they were processed and paid expediently. We are on limited, fixed income and find that ASPCA offers the highest level and best coverage for our dog. The rate increases are appropriate to her health/age and are not oppressive to our finances. Their concern about Ruby has been consistent and genuine. The policy is clear and easily understood. ASPCA stands up for what they agree to in the insurance contract. ASPCA is available for assistance and questions. Thank you, ASPCA, for being what you say you are. Lilie Allen

Claims paid no questions asked
Two new pups got into some grapes. They both spent 3 nights at the Emergency ER for IV fluids to counteract the grape toxins. The vet bill was over $6000 and would have depleted our savings. It took a few weeks after I filed my claim, but I did receive a total claim payout of nearly $5000 after deductible and copay with no questions asked on any of the billing. If you are on the fence about purchasing pet insurance...join the crowd. I am glad I purchased the FIGO insurance and so are the pups!

FIGO lets you worry about your furkid, NOT how much money you'll have to pay
Accidents always seem to happen at the wrong time financially so I have pet insurance. That way when something happens, money is NOT a factor in whether my pet is helped or not by our Vet team. I have two very happy Labs that are still in the Lab puppy age (2 and 4). They play hard and they get hurt at times. FIGO to the rescue! I am so grateful that FIGO has quick turnaround with reimbursements as well as a simple-to-use interface on the web. Not to mention awesome CSRs who are friendly and empathetic. Great company - I am so happy I have this safety net!

I seriously considering dropping...
I seriously considering dropping this insurance. It really isn't beneficial to me or my pup. Therefore, I'll probably get something less expensive. I'm just not happy with having to pay out of pocket for veterinary care, while paying so much for insurance

WHAT A RIP OFF!
You people have a RACKET going! If you can't help a person with an older animal, DON'T ALLOW PEOPLE TO INSURE them! I read your policy, and it didn't turn out at all how I thought. Your premium is too high, and I just wasted almost a year and a half of my money on you people! You didn't cover a single item in my claims-- and I submitted NINE claims! I had pet insurance for my bulldogs 20 years ago-- the company didn't operate at all like you. Their policy was short and to the point. I just can't believe I was taken in like this. BEWARE!
