My dog had major eye surgery and I was covered
Healthy Paws is great. Well worth it. Our dog had major eye surgery and healthy paws saved us $1,500! Very worth it. Great Customer service. Great user friendly app for your phone.

You get paid the full amount of your coverage and they don’t hassle you
I’m very thankful that they pay the full amount, that they say they’re going to, they do it quickly, and they don’t give you any problems about it. It’s wonderful to know that my pet will get great health care.

So Impressed!!!
Very impressed by Trupanion vs VPI - which I've had for my 11.5 yr old Cavalier. I just picked up my new Cavalier King Charles Puppy. Cavaliers do have health issues - and so I did get Insurance for my 1st pure bred pup. But the VPI insurance has been virtually worthless. So hard to process claims and payout negligible. Trupanion has varying deductibles. Limits your liability for any given diagnosis. Easy to understand and the vet helps process the claim! Premiums are frozen. Unlike VPI. I am very excited.

Excellent service, as advertised
I highly recommend Embrace Pet Insurance. My dog, who is older but otherwise healthy when I began paying premiums, this year needed some medical imaging, consults with a specialist, blood work, and later appointments for chiropracty (something I normally wouldn't have thought about). Embrace has accepted every claim I submitted, and treated me very fairly through this process. I got a clear policy with clear benefits and have needed to use them this year, which is more pleasant than I could have imagined. Claims are easily submitted by email for me, or by fax through my vet. Totally worth the expense!

Happy Dog, Happy Home
I was hesitant about purchasing pet insurance at first as I have never had it before. Knowing our baby girl was going to need to be fixed we figured it would cover the cost and any unknown issue's that may arise with our girl. The cost is affordable and certainly will protect us if any emergency shall arise such as surgery, cancer etc. Peace of mind paying little every month to cover a potential large expense.

Our only issue is doubled in price over the two years.
Our only issue is that the pets that we have used their insurance are the two that have doubled in price over the two years. We struggle with this.

Jacked up premiums every year
They were the best rates the first year. I liked that their coverage was based on the actual bill, not an amount they felt it should be. The second year they jacked up my premiums but they were still affordable. Then they jacked them up the next year. This year they were just too much and I had to cancel. I guess they don't want loyal customers.

megan was great but my issue wasn't really resolved.
megan was great but my issue wasn't really resolved. originally when I signed up, I chose a monthly payment of 50 dollars and a deductible of 500, because that's what my budget would support. however, over the years, my monthly payment has slowly increased to 70 without ever asking me if it was ok . I wasn't too happy about that. To get back down to my monthly payment of 50, I lose the 500 deductible
