megan was great but my issue wasn't really resolved. originally when I signed up, I chose a monthly payment of 50 dollars and a deductible of 500, because that's what my budget would support. however, over the years, my monthly payment has slowly increased to 70 without ever asking me if it was ok . I wasn't too happy about that. To get back down to my monthly payment of 50, I lose the 500 deductible

However after my incredibly well-informed and positive conversation with Carlos, I felt confident about spending my premium dollars with Trupanion.
