Best company EVER!
My 4 year old Siberian Husky decided to eat a chew toy last week.. 3 visits to the vet and several X-rays later, it was determined that he needed surgery! The entire incident ending up totaling nearly $7,000! My dog had surgery last week and I have already received my reimbursement(s) from HealthyPaws via direct deposit! Beyond impressive! I had to make several claims due to visiting different vets over a series of days, but the process was beyond simple. I had to upload photos of the invoices that showed what he was treated for and the amount paid, and within days of each claim I received a break down of the reimbursement amount. I also contacted their customer service department via phone at the beginning of the process and I was met with patience, a friendly attitude and a genuine care for my pet. Not to mention, a follow up email checking on my dog (and me)! I cannot say enough about this company. Nationwide was very quick to get to our claim. I was impressed.
I was a little skeptical at first with my wife getting insurance for our dog but already having 1 surgery, it made sense. I am glad we did. It pretty much pays for itself and I would suggest it to any pet owner. You never know what could happen.

Did my research & chose the BEST!
I brought my puppy home in December 2017 & spent a whole month doing my research & trying to find the BEST Pet insurance coverage at the BEST price, done live chats with many pet insurances & got quotes from over 15 of them. Pet's Best was definitely one of the top 3 that I had narrowed it down to, hard to beat $10,000 annual accident coverage at 90% / 10% copay for only a $250 deductible. I had finally decided upon Pet’s Best’s accident & wellness plan for my new pup in January 2018, which little did I know would come in handy VERY soon after. Around Feb 21st, 2 months in, i had the unfortunate incident where my pup went missing in the woods. I was in such distraught & was hoping for her safe arrival. Was also preparing myself for any vet bills that the incident may have brought, I was worried about if she may have aten something that would’ve hurt her while lost or if she might have fallen in due to the rainy weather & muddy trails or worst have gotten attacked by a wild fox or coyote, I was in so much panic that I had forgotten all about my very smart & responsible policy I had just purchased for my beautiful pup a month ago. I was worried that I would’ve been another monthly bill that I would sent an echeck to via my bank & that I had forgotten to do that in the month of February. Luckily I was sooo relieve when I logged in & saw they had automatically charged my bank for their service that month. When we finally found my momma’s girl we immediately took her to the vet, as she had broken her femur due to the incident & had the privilege to let them “continue any procedure in case of any emergency” instead of having them give me a call, while I was at work & then deciding what would be best to do. I was super grateful to have gotten my pup back & not have to worry about her vet bill budget because I knew Pets Best would have it ALL covered with a lot of wiggle room in their $10,000 ! Her entire $5,742.93 vet bill ended up only costing me $571.89. They covered every single medication she has been given since then for her recovery & all the follow up appointments as well as follow up minor surgeries (which were about $300 per visit!). I have recommended Pet’s Best to all of my family, friends & even coworkers since I first purchased it (due to all my research) & they have in NO WAY let me down. They are very helpful & always super kind. Refund payment has been direct deposited within a week of the claim being submitted as well. Super glad I made the right choice with Pet’s Best & will definitely keep this policy as my pup ages in great health because of them! (Also only took 3+ weeks because every 2 weeks was a new follow up & another claim to submit!)

Fantastic customer service
I always dread having to call large companies because I have always had poor experiences with their over the phone customer service, but ASPCA is different. Every time I have called I have been able to get through right away; no wait times! Every person I have spoken to has been extremely kind and helpful. I have never hung up the phone frustrated with them. They also always ask me how Louis is doing and I love that! The question feels genuine like they actually care how he is feeling. I have not experienced delay times when processing a claim from ASPCA, which is phenomenal. I am all around pleased with the customer service I have received from ASPCA Pet Health Insurance. When people ask me what insurance I have for Louis I always tell them ASPCA and praise them. Not only is their customer service excellent, but their rates are reasonable and I like that I can pay monthly, annually, semi annually, or yearly! The wellness add on was a plus because I had a hard time finding that with any other pet insurance company. Also, the app is so conveinient!! Throughoully pleased with my experince thus far with ASPCA Pet Health Insurance!

Insurance on my puppy was one of the best things I could have done. You never know when something could happen to your best friend and when it does you do not want to worry about how to pay for it. In our case we found out he had a liver shunt and were able to get a surgical correction. It’s been a heart breaking first start to his life but insurance was there to help us get the best care for him and we are hopeful he will be able to live a long happy life. I will be recommending this to all my friends and the breeder of Uli is also now extolling the virtues of insurance and Trupanion to all her owners and to her colleagues. Thank you Trupanion, you have a customer and a fan for life.

I wish my Health Insurance was this easy to understand
I am very happy with all of my interactions with the Embrace team so far. When I was looking for Health Insurance for my newly adopted puppy I had a lot of questions. The woman who took my call was great. She started and finished the process. She had answers to all of my questions, and more importantly was able to explain things in a way that actually made sense to me. I'm sorry I don't remember her name, because she really sold me my insurance. They have every option you could possibly want for your pet, and I really think the prices are very reasonable. I never purchased insurance for any of my previous pets, but that will never happen again. Thank you Embrace, for making payment and claims as easy as you do.

Amazing!!
Healthy Paws literally saved my dog’s life! Without it, I wouldn’t have been able to get her the treatment she needed. Healthy Paws paid my claims quickly and it gave me peace of mind to know that I would be reimbursed quickly following some large expenses. Knowing I had great insurance made all the difference.

Such helpful piece of mind for this first time dog owner!
I joined on the advice of a friend, and while I hoped not to have to use it, it turns out my puppy is very hyperactive and has needed to go to the vet a couple of times in his first year. Even just having the early check ups mostly covered is great, and the piece of mind is so invaluable. Great value for money, especially for a puppy. I have a cat too, and the fee to have her fully covered was quite expensive (she's 13), but just having the emergency and wellness coverage for her is really worthwhile to me.

Rate increases
So very disappointed in trupanion and their hidden rate increases. What is the point of insuring a young puppy if the rates just increase as they get older. Its really too bad a company that says they want to protect your pet takes advantage o their owners this way.
