Good Insurance
I have had this insurance for our 2 dogs for a couple years and have used it but frustrated that some routine things do not seem to be well covered but THEN one day, one of the dogs needed surgery for the tune of over $2,500. Pet's Best was wonderful! No argument, they paid 80% without a single question and I had the money within 5 days. I highly recommend them and only wish my health insurance was so good.

Claim process and reimbursement took over a month
Customer service was always friendly; however, my veterinarian submitted the requested documents over 3x per their request and still took over a month to be reimbursed. The wellness coverage is a joke! Save your money!

So glad I bought this insurance
I purchased Embrace Insurance about 2 years ago when we just had one dog. When we adopted our second puppy (a little over a year ago), we added him to the policy. Our younger dog started limping badly and was diagnosed with a torn ACL. He had TPLO surgery to correct it. The claims procedure was straight-forward and easy. When I had a question and called, the REAL person I spoke with was polite and professional. Best of all, the policy paid extremely quickly. Couldn't ask for more!

Plus, we think the premiums are more than fair for the return of benefits we receive for my dogs’ care. I really don't like to be calling after Trupanion to get my claims paid. It is poor customer service to have to wait almost a month for payment. You expect your clientele to pay their premiums on time - we expect Trupanion to pay us equally as timely.
