I just feel the turn around is not good. When I first got the insurance and entered a claim the turnaround time was faster. My rates even went up & I am not one to put a lot of claims. I think your company has changed. Will see how my turn around time is for this claim.

Truly happy with the whole Trupanion organization. From the reps on the phone to the reps answering e-mail. The whole team is fast, friendly and effective.!

I think having pet insurance is a great,
I think having pet insurance is a great, responsible idea for any pet owner. It hard to save money these days, so knowing that I have Trupanion eases any worry about my pets falling ill and my ability to financially support them. I would have and will continue to recommend Trupanion!

Having this insurance saved my dog
Nationwide's Whole Pet with Wellness plan has been such a life-saver and is worth every penny. My dog needed 2 surgeries which cost almost $10,000. With the 90% coverage, it made it an easy decision to go through with both surgeries. It is so easy to submit a claim through the app, and they are quick to get me the reimbursement directly into my bank account. Highly recommend!!

Nationwide is the BEST
Nationwide has been amazing. They are always available if I have a question about my coverage and are a life saver when it comes to cost. I would have lost my dog for sure if I didn't have Nationwide to help cover the cost.
