The insurance reimbursed for expenses on my dogs. I have 3 dogs ensured for over 4 years by this company. They cover is pretty good. I wish take les time, but I cover a lot of different things.

great service nice reps but slow pay
overall happy but getting money back on a claim is SLOW...I have automatic pay but it still takes 3 weeks also Nationwide needs to get with the times and assist with Stem Cell therapy with payments

Coverage Price should include well visits or a percentage
Thank God Lucy is well. I called wondering if they cover a well visit and flea and tick medicines. So she stays healthy. The nice representative said no but advise me to submit claim will not hurt. For $52.00 a month and Nation Wide such a BIG company I was hoping for a discount at lease for having insurance on the flea/tick meds that cost $65 for Vet visit and $65 for the medicine itself.

claims are taking so much longer to pay
I would rate more paws because I am happy with the coverage, however the last couple claims (simple claims, for vaccinations etc) are taking way longer to approve and get notice of payment to be made.

Pet insurance is important
Every time someone says they are getting a dog I tell them how important it is to get pet insurance. I'm a prime example why someone should have pet insurance. Crunch has had a lot of problems and its sure nice to know that I never have to worry about the cost because of my insurance.
