I'm very grateful to have Embrace for my Leroy
I highly recommend embrace. The moment I got my baby Leroy, and English bulldog puppy, I contacted Embrace pet insurance and took him to the vet for his exam. I've not had any issues with Embrace pet insurance on any claims or questions related to coverage or working with them to help make sure my Leroy stays healthy. Fast Turnaround on Claims
We've been very happy with our insurance policy. We've had it one year and it's saved us over $150 for those little things that add up at the vet. We've only had one claim get "denied" and that was because the picture wasn't clear enough. I resubmitted it and it was approved right away. Everything is really easy with the app and claims get paid usually within a week.

No hassle claims, good service
This is the first time I've had pet insurance and I have to say it's been a pleasant experience so far. Claims are handled fast, I can e-mail them (very few people use a fax and fewer still have a landline) and know they'll be reviewed promptly. When I called to get a quote reps were personable, warm, and made sure I understood my different options. I certainly wasn't pressed into choosing the most expensive plan, which I appreciate. I am keeping the plan next year, so that decision speaks for itself.

Reduced stress of the cost of vet bills, treatments and medications. By being insured with Trupanion, it allows us to decide on the best care without stressing over what the cost will be. The monthly premium may seem like a lot, but it has been worth it. You never know that your precious little puppy could end up with health issues that could require daily medication and supplements. We are so thankful we signed up for Trupanion.

Lot of mistakes make.
Lot of mistakes make. I work in veterinary field and always ask for appeals. I didn't not know if other people would realize the mistakes. Plus prices go up every year

I have only had
I have only had one claim and likely it took awhile (just as the website says) because it was his first. Overall the commitment to pay was as per the contract- i.e. I wasn t surprised with any of the decision. As of yet my rate has not risen. If it does I will be less likely to refer a fried. Otherwise I am definitely referring.
