Veterinarian submits claims
I decided to buy insurance on Gus when he was a few weeks old because I didn't want to not be able to give him the best veterinarian care if a problem occurred. Although this is only the second claim I've been reimbursed I hope to be covered if he needs major care in the future. I always have my veterinarian to submit whenever Gus has a visit. It's very simple process thank you!

I tell everyone about Pets Best!
R. Henry was rushed to the Emergency Hospital and admitted for 3 days which turned out to be Pancreatitis. Between the hospital bill and his primary Vet bill it was $1550.00, Thanks to Pet's best all I was responsible to pay was $160.00!! This insurance gives me peace of mind that I can get the best care for my cat and not have to worry about the expense. Thank you- I tell everyone about Pet's Best!

I chose this score because I am not totally happy with the fact that I took out pet insurance with Trupanion because of the information given to my at Seeing Eye Inc and I truly had expected it to be noted that my dog was a Guide Dog (Service Dog) which it was not noted and therefor paid a hire rate for my first year and when I explained that to Sam the Trupanion representative she managed to reduce my new rate by 4.42 but was not able to change the rate I had already been paying. Also, I was told a confirmation would come to my email address of the change and that has not been sent either. I would not have even known about Trupanion had it not been for getting my Dog Guide and therefore, Trupanion should note that the policy is for a Service Dog when they receive new customers due to their representatives getting clients after visiting these service dog schools.

Best investment ever
Awesome pet insurance, easy claim processing and fast payment, customer service is great and the terms you pick are exactly what you get, no hidden exclusions. For my English Bulldog no breed related issues are considered pre-existency, and as long as the condition wasn’t present when you get the policy it will be covered. I have 90% reimbursement with a $200 deductible and with a recent trip to the ER it allowed me to be only concerned about my dog. I can’t say enough good things about this company

Very helpful people that work there. And my policy is super cheap compared to other companies. I highly recommend Trupanion. Iv neber Had to use them yet but I understood what my policy is cause hey explained it so well

Deductible is high and we received no money back
We pay about $60/month for insurance. Every claim I file I get no money back (nothing has been covered) deductible is $500/year. I know my dogs are young and healthy, but so far it’s been a waste of money. Neither spay was covered along with exams, vaccinations, flea and tick medication. Every time my dog gets sick, the vet bill is like $200 and I get no money back from them

Quite pleased with your service
Well it's open enrollment and we'll definitely be continuing our pet's coverage with your insurance. We have a 5 year old dog and a puppy and it's so nice having that peace of mind that comes with having pet insurance. It paid for itself with the annual visit, flea/tick/heartworm meds and labs. I was pleasantly surprised. I tell everyone I know.
