Nationwide Pet Insurance is awesome!
Bailey has been covered by Nationwide since he was six months old. He's seen vets in Hawaii, Washington and across the state of Florida, and Nationwide has always been there. They make it easy to ensure that Bailey has the best possible care — from emergency vet visits on vacation to regular check-ups — because we know he's covered for nearly everything. The peace of mind is invaluable.

Best pet insurance available
I absolutely love Nationwide pet insurance. They’re so easy to use and are completely hassle free. My monthly premiums are very affordable and they stay true to their word and cover 90% of my cat’s medical bill, they don’t try to come up with come excuse to not pay. I tell everyone about them, it’s the best in the market!

Worry free pet insurance
It’s great knowing that our puppy is in good hands. Knowing that we can address his health needs without being apprehensive due to the cost is a huge weight off of our shoulders.

Having insurance is worth it!
Writing the checks for my cats' insurance coverage is not my favorite activity every year, but this year when Wallace had a little stomach bug I was happy to have the coverage. As we all know, those vet bills add up fast - and I was happy to have this coverage to defray the cost of the various tests he had. The little guy is doing great now!

Peace of mind
We had crazy high expenses with our last dog, including end of life costs. When our new guy came into our life, I decided to get insurance for him and choice Nationwide based on a recommendation from a friend. It's been worth every penny. It's great to know that while we pay up front, that Nationwide will be reimbursing some of the costs once our deductible is met (which is basically one vet visit, really). I've recommended Nationwide to several friends.

For the price you need to have expanded coverages
I would pay for an increased monthly premium if you offered more services, such as teeth cleaning and more wellness vet services.

The Cost Of Wellness
I was happy with my insurance coverage for 2018. I would have given a higher rating if it weren't for the fact that the cost of Wellness increased by at least 20% for the 2019 renewal. It made the cost of insurance not worth the benefit of having wellness so I dropped the wellness for my renewal. I also couldn't get a definitive answer on aqua therapy coverage for treatment of my dog's torn cruciate ligament. This was the determining factor of whether I was going to renew my policy. I also come to find out that rules for physical therapies will be changing in January. A veterinarian must be on the premises or treatment will not be covered. I am not confident I will renew my policy for 2020.
