So fast, easy and nearly paperless. Love these guys!
My dog had xylitol poisoning and spent 4 days in the hospital. Luckily, she was treated quickly enough for a full recovery. I was pretty shocked at the final bill and wasn't sure how much work it was going to be to submit a claim to Pets Best. Other than scanning a few receipts, it was EFFORTLESS. There were no questions or disagreements or any problems. They processed the claim, took their deductible and the funds went straight to bank account. I'm a huge fan. This was easier than processing my human claims for the tiny amount of $10 to Blue Shield. Thank yoU!!!

Efficient and quick responding.
ASPCA employees are so efficient and courteous. We hope we never need to put in another claim, but if we need to have care for our Dutch, it is so comforting to know there will be a minimal amount of out of pocket funds needed and will not prevent us from getting him the very best care. Thank you to all!

Ease of Use and Helpful Customer Service Reps when Needed
Koda has been insured since we first brought him home as a puppy. I am fortunate that he has been a very healthy dog to this point (11 years old) with only fairly minor issues requiring care. Fortunately I have never had to test my insurance plan in a severe emergency or severe illness, so I can't speak to that. What I can speak to is that the claims process is very straight forward and easy to obtain reimbursement and the times that I have either called with questions or spoken to a customer service rep regarding renewal/coverages, it has been a very pleasant experience. The representatives have been knowledgeable, helpful and have even saved my money on my renewal policy. I would not hesitate to insure my next puppy with Nationwide.

Best Insurance
Great insurance !!! Reasonably price and great coverage. Claim submission is very easy and they keep you informed on the status of the processing. Payment are done quickly. I ve never had any issues regarding the coverage. And the policies are easy to understand. Having the Embrace insurance for my kitties was a life saver. The earlier they get enrolled the better. Avoids the risk of the pre-existing conditions. We had to deal with cancer and kidney failure and I dont know how else we would have been able to get the best treatments.

Paying for a service on top of that having to pay for every single conditions of my dog.
I am deeply dissatisfied with the services Trupanion offers. I pay a monthly fee of 89 CAD just to cover every condition on my own. Recently my dog had to have a molar tooth extracted because it was broken. The procedure costed 1200 CAD, I covered the 700 CAD deductible, which I knew I have to cover, and they covered only 300 CAD. I recently discovered another fractured tooth and took my dog to the vet, we are trying to avoid extraction and got him antibiotics and anti-inflammatory medications. However, Trupanion does not want to cover because apparently it counts as a new conditions, which it does not, because he already had a broken tooth condition before. It does not say that in their policy and now I am paying my monthly fees and on top of that I have to pay for the vet bill, which should be covered because I have already paid the deductible of that condition. I would most definitely not recommend Trupanion as you will end up paying for a service that almost never covers anything. Because apparently every single vet trip counts as a separate condition and you have to pay a deductible of 700 CAD first, which most likely you would never fulfill. Therefore, you are better off saving that 89 CAD every month and putting it towards vet bills.

What good is insurance if you don’t cover anything
This company minimizes what it pays out for surgeries to the point where it’s covered under the deductible so they don’t have to pay anything. Waste of money.

We didn't have to worry
Our dog developed Cushing's. According to our vet this is quite common in dogs, about as common in hypo (low) thyroid in people. With Pets Best we didn't have to worry about our dog's expenses with the work up for it, labs, ultrasound, or treatment, medication daily which is a bit pricey. With the coverage, our dog should live out his normal life span. Without it, we wouldn't necessarily have been able to have it diagnosed and treated. Thanks, Pets Best. Love Pets Best! Only insurance I have found that covers specialists. Love the choice of type and amount of benefit coverage available.

Tru through and through!
Trupanion has been so wonderful to work with and such a tremendous help with helping me keep my Yogee healthy and well cared for. I am impressed with the efficiency of the claims process and the monthly premiums which are worth every dime. My mind and heart at ease knowing I can rely on Trupanion! Yogee says two paws up!!

Nation Wide Pet Insurance is the best
Great Insurance. Our plan with Midas is Major Medical with $250.00 deductable. Nationwide reimburses in a timely manor always! The ease of submitting a claim is fantastic. Cost for our plan for our 87 lb 3yr old lab hound is currently approx 34.00 per month. Much easier to handle that than to pull money from savings on the possibility of a big expensive treatment.
