So grateful for Nationwide Pet Insurance
My cat had a major issue requiring a hospital stay. Nationwide reimbursed me for the majority of the cost and I’m so grateful! I was debating about whether or not to renew last year and I’m so glad I did!

Nancy Kuchmecki-Lowe Is wonderful, AND I'm not happy with limits-- I pay every month, and live in an expensive area.
As mentioned above, Nancy Kuchmecki-Lowe has been really outstanding. And I'm glad to have insurance--I couldn't afford to care for my pets without it. But your exclusions, coverage caps, etc., are very costly to me. I also understand that some companies pay up front, rather than by reimbursement. That would help. As it is, I seldom get reimbursed 100% of my expense, even for emergency illnesses. My dog has recently had many mysterious symptoms, and a lot of expensive diagnostics--they think they've found the cause now--and I can usually expect to get anywhere from about half my expense to something higher. I actually cancelled briefly within the last year out of frustration, then realized I wouldn't be able to get insurance elsewhere for my now elderly pets. I hope you update your coverages.

They have paid all of my claims promptly
I have had nothing but good experiences with Healthy Paws Pet Insurance, 9 months in. They have paid each of my claims within two weeks of submission through their easy-to-use online submission page. I was leery of what pet insurance would actually cover and have been very pleasantly surprised. I would highly recommend Healthy Paws to anyone considering insurance for their pets.

This is the best pet insurance company, easy to file claims, friendly costumer service that functions in a timely manner.
I purchased this pet insurance when my dog was around 6 years old and it has been a great policy for us. Unfortunately she had many health problems through the years spanning from scratched cornea, IBD symptoms off and on, splenectomy, broken tooth removal, thrombocytopenia, and seizure disorder her last year. Deductible is low enough, 80 percent coverage after you meet that. I researched many different ones before I chose Embrace and definitely picked the best. Customer service is great and they process claims in a timely manner and deposit reimbursements right into my account. Thanks Embrace!
