Xena, my fur baby, was having problem, subluxation of her knee (sliding knee cap). She was very active as most Boston Terrier are and this condition slow her down, This insurance made it possible for her to have the operation. I received 90% of the cost of the entire procedure. after down loading the app on my cell phone it was a matter of a few questions, take a picture of the bill attaching it and submitting the bill. They are very good at explain what might not be covered,but this again was in the contract when I signed up. I used my cell phone to submitted my claims but they have various ways of doing it in case you don't feel comfortable using you mobile phone. I am very happy I got this coverage the cost of the insurance difinitely paid for itself with this procedure. My Xena is back to her old self again and she is enjoying her long walks again. Thank you.

Super Happy
I am so happy that I did my research and picked Nationwide Pet Insurance. Not the cheapest, but at the end of the day it is a bargain. I don't need to worry about how much a service will cost as I know my Vet will submit the claim and it will be paid. My Vet submits all the paperwork and claims which makes it even easier.

Amazing and affordable for health insurance
Nationwide is an affordable pet health insurance. The claims are easy to submit and the reimbursement is very fair and fast. I own two Boston terriers. 11 and 10. They have had quite a few health issues through the years. Nationwide has been a tremendous help to us in offsetting some of the cost for care. Thank you so very much!

Peace of mind is priceless
Within 30 days of purchasing a plan my big, high energy Labrador ruptured her lateral cruciate. Having the policy in place I have been able to focus on her recovery and NOT stress over money too. ASPCA PI reimbursed me within 30 days hassle free. I encourage everyone to have a policy in place for your 4 legged family member.

I am freaking out about the increase in premium for my 3 year old dog.I had many choices of companies and now I can’t change and I don’t know what to do. I ha e recommended nationwide in numerous face book groups and had a policy with my last dog.I am on a fixed income.i don’t care if this published I want a solution

Healthy Paws is like family to us
I tell everyone I know that Healthy Paws is more than just an insurance company, they are like extended family. The monthly premiums are affordable, and even if you go years without ever needing to file a claim, all it takes is one accident or illness at some point in your pet's life and the policy will more than pay for itself. I just recently had a health scare with one of my cats. She needed x-rays, an ultrasound, overnight care at the emergency vet, bloodwork, and medications. All of this to the tune of over $2,000, and other than the fee for the office visit, I was reimbursed 90% of the bill, within a matter of days, direct deposited to my account. Not only that, but a couple weeks afterwards, Healthy Paws reached out to check on her and extend their warm wishes. When two of my beloved cats passed away, I got cards signed by everyone in their office and a little packet of ForgetMeNot seeds to plant in their honor. I can't say enough great things about this company. I gush over them so much that sometimes I feel like I'm giving off the impression I'm some corporate shill, but I promise you, I'm not. Healthy Paws is there for us when we need them. Their easy claims process and no BS reimbursement makes it easy to seek care for my pets, even when I know it's going to be a very large expense. Every pet owner should have pet insurance. I'll be a Healthy Paws customer as long as they'll have me.
