Best Decision I Ever Made!!

Claims seem to be a little slower to be processed and paid than VPI used to be, but so far claims get paid as expected and customer service was good when I called with an issue recently about payment of a claim and it was resolved quickly in a satisfactory way. Rates seem very competitive as compared to other companies I looked at.

Having pet insurance has been very helpful financially. I never have an issue on deciding if I can afford x-rays or an extra blood test if my pets are ailing. I'm planning on upgrading to to full coverage. Do it!

I've had Nationwide for over a year now and couldn't be happier. Submitting claims is very easy and knowing that I will be reimbursed is wonderful. Owning pets is expensive and it's nice to have a bit of a cushion. I've called customer service once recently about a claim and the young lady was very pleasant and helpful. The best decision I've ever made
Getting healthy paws pet insurance was the best decision I have ever made for my dog. My dog has gotten TWO tplo surgeries and they have, without even blinking shelled out over 8,000 for my dog. If I had never gotten insurance I would be in great debt. Best decision I've ever made for my dog.

Awesome, fast, easy service from Nationwide!
Reimbursement is always fair, and timely. Phone staff are always friendly and helpful. I am grateful for pet Insurance! Next month though, I will have to raise my deductible, I’m paying almost $200 a month for my fur kids. Thanks for the service you provide.
