I'm so thankful for Trupanion!
I am so happy I decided to get Trupanion insurance when I got our Beau. Actually my thought was if I got the insurance I wouldn't need it. But I have needed it and I'm so thankful for it. Thank you!!

pre existing conditions
During my use of this insurance, the pre existing condition is used to get out of cost. Unfortunately, my dog has injured the same body part multiple times. But farmers classifies this as pre-existing condition. I will be cancelling my insurance at the end of year and going with my vets plan. Thanks for the service.

Rude customer service
My pets just don’t go to the vet often enough for me to be paying $780 a year for one damn dog. When I called to cancel I was immediately judged for canceling. I went with care credit because at least I know everything will be covered and I won’t have to pay it back RIGHT away. I was judged for my decision and their niceness changed so quick. Fuck this company and it’s rude employees.

Nationwide Pet Insurance gives us a sense of ease
It is so important to us that we continue to have Nationwide Pet Insurance. It has truly saved our dog, Harvey, and our wallets. Getting reimbursed for his stomach surgery at age 1, chronic allergies, ear infections and skin condition allows us to afford his care. Otherwise, we'd be struggling. It is worth paying the monthly fee. Customer service and processing are easy to deal with and are quick with the reimbursements! Thank you, Nationwide!

WORTH EVERY PENNY!
This insurance has proven invaluable and has already paid for itself. We aren’t talking a small reimbursement amount either! I am surprised at the amount of reimbursement I receive from our submitted claims. Super easy to file a claim electronically and even faster processing and turn around time! Happy customer!!! Though we appreciate the” help “(which over time we have paid for in premiums anyway. Now you turn around and jack up our premium $40 a month. So, it’s more like a savings account that you make the interest on. Maybe not the best plan.
