now that I have met my deductible, the claim process was easy. They processed right from the vet's office. I just wish the monthly premium wasn't so high. It really escalated quickly since the beginning of our coverage.

We have never had any issues with Trupanion paying out the claims. The direct deposit gets the money into our bank account within a week. Get pet insurance for our dog was the best decision we have ever made.

Can't believe we've had issues neurological! right from the start with our purebred Siamese kitten. Thankfully the breeder gave us a certificate for a 30 day trial. We've upgraded to the no deductible rate, and it's been worth every penny!

Premiums have gone too expensive
Over the past years my premiums have gone too expensive yet my pup is very healthy so not needed to claim . I use a Vet outside the city as I'm always told the fees go on were you live so it's cheaper.

This is the best coverage i found when I researched insurance companies and the cost is surprisingly low.
I purchased Hartville Pet Insurance and within in two month my pup was diagnosed with Lyme disease. I was able to prove the highest quality of care for her. I had no stress about taking her for emergency visits, physical therapy, and other expensive tests like MRI! They are even helping pay for my prescription food. I am so relieved because without there help I would have not been able to pay my bills or I would have had to make some dreaded decisions. My Ladybug is just fine today and I owe that to Hartville. There are not words to describe the gratitude I feel...Thank You!.
