Good pet insurer but challenging if your pet has a chronic problem
For most things they are great. I have a dog with herniated discs. She requires acupuncture every other week. After 8 visits this insurance won’t pay, so I end up paying for 14 weeks x 105.00 or $1,470 a year.

Happy pet parent at healthy paws
I've spent a lot of time researching and asking vets for pet insurance recommendations. I've always heard that Healthy Paws is "one of the good ones". I've had a bad experience with another company in the past, but signed up for insurance with Healthy Paws a couple years ago. I've only recently started using them heavily as my pup has started having some severe health issues (ccd, kidney issues, seizures). I have to say the process has been straightforward, simple, and as advertised...exactly as you should expect during stressful times. I am very pleased with my experience so far. Employees are kind and helpful to work with via email, and the app is super easy to use. Being able to upload pics of my pets to personalize it is a nice touch. Very happy Healthy Paws member!!

A must have!
Insurance is a must have for any pet parent. They are family and you'll do everything for them and having Nationwide on your side means you have less worry about bills. While Nationwide has a lot of restriction on each medical condition but a small part of them helping with the bill is still useful. I have been asked many times to switch to other insurance companies but I have been with Nationwide for 5 years and they have my back when I need them.

Amazing and Affordable
I've had Embrace coverage for my pooch for several years. She's been healthy, until she tore a tendon in her shoulder. I've never been so thankful to have a safety net to help with the expense for months of treatment and rehab. The premium has remained competitive, claims are easy and paid quickly.

ease of mind knowing my Dog is protected
Great Insurance when Rusty was 2 years old and at that chewing stage he ate and swallowed his bed after a $2,000 dollar surgery bill to remove . Nationwide gave us a check for all by $100.00. Thank you so much.

Uno’s Nationwide pet plan
So far we have found our Nationwide policy to be helpful in offsetting veterinary costs. It feels good knowing I can always take my boy in whether it’s something serious just a routine checkin with the Dr. Would recommend to other pet caretakers 👍🐾🐾🐾🐾

So glad I have insurance
I tell every pet owner I know "please promise me you will get insurance for your new pet asap upon taking them home." I know firsthand that one illness or injury can wipe a person out financially. Having insurance I know that a good chunk of what I'm paying for up front will be reimbursed. This makes caring for my cat a lot easier. I recommend Nationwide to a lot of people. Sadly most think it's a waste of time... until after they've spent thousands of dollars. Thanks Nationwide.

I highly recommend ASPCA for your Pet!
I've had pet insurance for my dogs for years. I switched to ASPCA a few years back after our other insurance company raised our rates. ASPCA has great rates, great customer service and reimburses our claims quickly. I highly recommend ASPCA for pet insurance...almost all dogs and cats will unfortunately need medical care at some point. Our dog Rex was diagnosed with Bronchitis. His medication costs over $400 monthly. Having ASPCA cover 90% of this cost has been a blessing.

Excellent customer service!
It's comforting to know we are able to provide the care we need for Holly and be reimbursed for some of our expense. We previously had pets that became very ill and the expenses were outrageous. The communication we receive whenever we call Nationwide is courteous and informative. In these days of a lot of companies lacking in good customer service, we really appreciate Nationwide.
