Thank you for having a Phone App for applications, made my life a lot easier.
Submitting my claims have been so easy since the introduction of the phone app. I wish there was a little more coverage available for some of the every day issues with my dogs.

The claims process is very straight forward, and the direct deposit of reimbursements is very quick. I am able to afford the very expensive treatment for my dogs require because of their Trupanion policies. Thank you Trupanion to helping me afford the treatment.

Insurance Coverage is Expensive
We pay a lot money monthly due to wanting a low deductible. Instead of paying lower every year for our pet coverage, we pay more! Not sure that we would recommend Trupanion to others.

I am so glad I selected ASPCA Pet Health Insurance
I never had pet health insurance with my past four dogs, but when I adopted my Charlie I researched various pet insurance plans. Although Charlie was just a puppy, ASPCA had a reasonable plan, so I enrolled. Little did I know, that at four years old Charlie would get sick and needed considerable veterinary care. Treatment was not cheap and, never having had insurance prior to Charlie, I did not know how the insurance policy would work. Well, I have to say that I feel that ASPCA was extremely fair with their settlement.

Can’t be without you
I hate paying my insurance bill but when my dog got sick I was thankful I had insurance. I don’t have a ton of money and vet bills pile up quite fast and his did. Thankfully I have insurance that covered a large part of our bill.

Very slow process
The claim process feels really slow. And it’s frustrating that the surgery he needs isn’t covered by this policy so we won’t be able to fix what is wrong with him so he can live a long life. It has paid for some things. It’s ok

The Wellness Plan is the way to go!
I'm not one to recommend things, but I recommend Nationwide to every dog owner I know, and some I don't. The Wellness Plan is excellent, turns out our guy had some belly and skin issues and it more than paid for itself. We had lost a pet to cancer, the bill exceeded $20k (thankfully we had the means), so when were getting a new puppy I learned about Nationwide. I made sure that if the unknown happens, we can spend all of our energy on Max and not worrying about the finances. Again, I highly recommend this.

Always pays on time
Great service and always pays out. The only issue I have is Angel is on special prescription food for life and it is expensive. I have to get it every 2 weeks. I just wish I got reimbursed for that.
