I feel lucky to be able to have this insurance for my fur child. It’s very stressful having unexpected medical expenses for your pet and having to make the choice,financially, to be able to do what’s needed or not. Hey ready for a 40% increase on your policy after one year of service :(
Hasn’t been easy or quick to communicate with customer service. And after only one year of use with the insurance they raised my rate 40% with no explanation. It was already expensive now it’s almost as much as my personal human insurance. Not right.
