Peace of Mind

I am so happy I have pet insurance on my playful energetic dog. It has been well worth the cost. He is reaching middle age and needed a teeth cleaning and he has had a few other health issues this year that he has not had in the past. Peace of mind that I can afford the doctor visits, if needed.

Best choice I’ve ever made!!!! They’re wonderful!!!

Healthy paws was recommended to me a few years ago and it was hands down the best decision I made. I’ve sadly had to file many claims for different things (I have 3 cats) and healthy paws saved me! The care of my cats has never had to be compromised because of financial reasons. They’ve received the best and healthy paws is sooooo quick to process my claims and refund me via direct deposit. I’ve looked Into other companies but I just refuse to ever change. They’ve taken care of me and in turn allows me to take care of my little family. I really can’t rave about them anymore. The best thing you’ll ever invest in. I recently found out that my little girl bunny had a birth defect on her bladder and it took many many vet visits and tests and ultrasounds to figure out why her UTI wouldn’t go away. Turns out she needed surgery. What would have cost me thousands didn’t. I’m so grateful for healthy paws.

Healthy Paws pet insurance provides peace of mind

I am so glad we bought insurance right away on our adopted rescue puppy. Several months after we got her, she unexpectedly ended up needing surgery. We have received great claim service. Plus, the one time I called Customer Services with a question, I received very friendly and knowledgeable assistance. Their system is very user-friendly when it comes to uploading your invoices and medical history in order to file a claim. The rates are really good for the coverage. I would highly recommend them.

Nationwide Pet Insurance is the best. They paid extremely well when my pet had to have 17 teeth pulled. And I was very surprised how quickly they paid. It was within a week of submitting the claim. I have been with them for over 10 years and I am very happy.

Petsbest is a scam...

we recently moved to the US from another country. Took out cat insurance for our cat - took one of the most expensive policies so the only thing that wouldn’t be covered were pre-existing conditions and routine checks. Our claim was denied because “Additional information was required to process this claim. After numerous requests, we were unable to obtain records from your veterinarian. Your claim can be reviewed upon resubmission of the claim with required medical records.” My issue with this is that we were not once contacted by Petsbest. I reached out to them on a chat since it took a long time for my claim to be processed. They said they needed me to send as much information about my cat’s medical history (which was in Belgium up til now) so I did and sent them everything immediately via email. I never got a reply and asked them for an update a couple of weeks later and they said they were sorry for the delay and will get back to me ASAP - which they didnt, I just got this denial. What is really wrong is that they send the denial THE DAY AFTER they took my payment for the next month, which seems really wrong. I also feel that they should not trick people into buying insurance and AFTER paying for several months telling them it could be an option that they cannot insure their pet. This should be checked or confirmed before having people pay. So I have not ONCE been contacted by Petsbest but they do denial my claim because they tried contacting us numerous times? It is impossible that they tried to reach our vet since they do not have her contact info. FYI my cat is 1000% healthy and did not have any medical issues prior to taking the policy

Best Dog decision we've made

This is the first time we have had pet insurance and we should have done it 9 Airedales ago !! Our daughter researched several pet insurance companies and strongly advised Healthy Paws. Our Airedale is 3 years old and unlike most Airedales has had several expensive health problems ..... we hoped never to have to use the insurance but are very grateful to have it. It is the easiest claim process of any kind of health insurance, download the app, snap a picture of your vet bill,and send to Healthy Paws...... and the reimbursement comes in quickly. On the rare occasion we have had to call with a problem, we have found the customer service people very helpful. It has been such a relief to not worry about the COST of the dog's care , and concentrate on the dog himself......Thank you Healthy Paws

Our first claim

Our cat is a Maine coon cat, Orion. We brought her to the vet for fecal testing, update of current shorts, blood work and a general wellness visit. With our chosen plan our bill was $180- I listed each item as described by my veterinarian receipt, and in no time at all we received our refund for having insurance. My check was for $140. and change. I can't tell you how pleased we are. This insurance plan through Pets Best is worth every cent for my wallet. And especially the well-being of my furry friend.

Peace of mind with easy claims process

My wife and I were on the fence about pet insurance when we got our first puppy, Penelope. Without doubt, the decision to get ASPCA was the right one. Not only does the insurance provide us with the peace of mind to not hesitate to seek a veterinarian’s help during time of sickness or normal wellness visits due to financial constraints, but the claims process is exceedingly easy. The payments are prompt and accurate. Our pup has been relatively healthy but things do come up and having the insurance has absolutely been worth it. We are hoping the new member of our family remains as healthy as possible for many years to come!
