Such a relief!
My Vet was able to submit a claim same day and it processed within hours! We had money back in our account auto deposited within 48 hours. It's so amazing! I'm so glad we trusted Trupanion to cover and protect our English Bulldog!

Taking cost out of care decisions
I insured my dog at 6 months old once I saw how much a part of our family he became. I knew that I would never want to have to tell my kids that I could not afford to give our dog the care he needed. Fast forward through eight healthy years. Now we are facing a cancer diagnosis, surgery and chemotherapy in an otherwise healthy dog. Now I truly appreciate the peace of mind that comes with not having to consider the costs while making treatment decisions for him. Yes we will still have to pay our 10%, but that is possible. It is great that the payment is on the actual bill not the equivalent of reasonable and customary charges. The response time to claims and payment is really fast. The people I've spoken to have been very helpful. Even the claims email included wishes for my pet to feel better. I highly recommend and will definitely cover and future pet with Trupanian

Is this worth getting
When I got the insurance i was under the impression I had a total.deductable of 700.oo only to find out it 700.00 each complaint, like vomiting 380.00 Hair loss 200.00+, so it really makes.me wonder is it worth paying monthly for when I have paid over 700.00 so far for care. He is a puppy and a nut so I am not ready to give up on it.bit doesnt feel like it really covers much.

Thankful for Trupanion
My pup had an perianal fistula at age 2. After surgery to have it removed it came back a few months later. After treating it again surgically I checked into acupuncture as a preventative. It's been a year now and no fistula, thanks to acupuncture and Chinese medication. Trupanion has paid 90% of all expenses after my deductible was paid. The acupuncture and Chinese meds will be a life long preventative and it is covered. I am so thankful I made the decision to put insurance on my new pups. I work part time at a Veterinary clinic and I recommend Trupanion to all new pet owners. Fist
