I have always been treated expediently with Trupanion! I just wish you covered the cost of exams! How can my vet treat my dog until she knows what's wrong with him! I don't mean for regular healthy exams, but for emergencies!

My experience has been excellent. The claims are processed quickly and I generally get paid in a very prompt and timely fashion. Also, whenever I have used the chat function, the agents/representatives are always very kind.
