Renewal Scam
Third renewal and my premium went up almost 50% with no explanation on my renewal notice. When I called the rep couldn't tell me why. i had to ask for a supervisor who had a hard time explaining the increase. She said it was standard for premiums to increase on the third year. Okay, I get it, but almost 50%. Total scam. I can no longer afford the insurance. You should amend your catchy phrase to, " Nationwide is on your side, SOMETIMES." Shame on you... Sincerely, Sig

BEST PET INSURANCE EVER!
I have had Nationwide Pet Insurance since my dog was just a puppy. Amazing insurance. Never a worry at all if my golden retriever is under the weather. I have the security of knowing I can take her to my vets to be checked out. A happy dog is a happy owner.

Best Money I Spend Each Month
Trupanion is the best money I spend each month. You guys make everything so easy. A cancer diagnosis is never anything anyone wants to have to go through with their pet. Trupanion has allowed us to make treatment decisions based on every other variable except for price.Thank you!!

Do not purchase this insurance
I rarely right reviews, but I wanted to save other people from experiencing the frustration we did. My husband and I were paying into the best and most expensive option for our pet thinking this would provide good coverage. When he became ill we took him to the vet for 3 different issues. Petplus did not cover ANY of it! They took hundreds of dollars from us. They barely cover anything, this insurance is so not worth investing in.

Nationwide is on my side!!
I am so glad I decided to get Nationwode Ins on my dog a couple years ago. She has had some issues Some Requiring surgery and Nationwide has reimbursed me 90% of the associated costs. I HIGHLY recommend this insurance for your furry family member!

Worry-Free Pet Bills
My cat Shadow, who is now 16 years old, was diagnosed with UTI, Kidney Failure, and Hyperthyroidism. She has had to have medication, hospitalization, and ongoing treatments. The bills have been mounting but I am so glad I have pet insurance with Nationwide. After deductible, they cover 90% of the bill which is a tremendous help financially. I would never want to have my beloved pet put down simply because I couldn't afford her medical bills!

I could not have foreseen the excessive medical expenses I would have for my dog in addition to having to make ends meet during a global pandemic. Nationwide has ensured that not only I don't have to give up my dog but that he can live a long happy and healthy life, and I can still take care of my family's other needs. The most amazing pet insurance company!!!
I am absolutely impressed with Nationwide Pet Insurance. The ease of the claims process is amazing. A claim takes about 2 minutes start to finish. The processing of claims is so quick, usually in a matter of 3-5 days. It is only a matter of about 2 weeks to receive your check, if that long. Customer service is so friendly and courteous and they truly care about your fur baby. Well worth the premium cost each month. The peace of mind that you are covered is priceless.
