Customer service is good. Easy to get a human being, answer the phone quickly and can answer questions quickly. For one healthy young springer, premium is very high

Well I needed help with my dogs bill and according to my insurance with you it looks like nothing will ever be covered.

Well I needed help with my dogs bill and according to my insurance with you, it looks like nothing will ever be covered. I never really understood all the mumbo jumbo...but when I need help...especially at this time of covid, it is really hard to cope. My deductible is $1000 for every illness. So as long as I'm being charged under $1000...Trupanion will never pay for a thing. I'm beginning to think my monthly payments were a big waste all this time. I'm considering canceling my policy.

Coverage is excellent

For the first three years of their lives, we have insured our two cats with Nationwide. We have been extremely happy with their service and pretty much everything about the experience. My only complaint is that we just received our renewal notice and the premium has DOUBLED! These two cats have always been very healthy. They have no chronic conditions, their breed has no tendency for any issues and the claims filed have been for minor illnesses and regular check ups. Still, we are going to have to pay twice as much to keep them covered for the next year, for the same coverage. I think this is outrageous. Did we renew? Yes, because Nationwide is still the best, but for me the relationship is tarnished.

So thankful for our pet insurance

We got pet insurance on our 2 healthy Brittanys. Thankfully we did because our Sweet 5 year old Loretta needed BL cruciate repair. While in survey they found a Mast Cell Tumor. She has had many vet appointments and thankful worrying about the bills hasn’t been a major issue.

best insurance ever!! i tell all my friends about it.

i'm really glad I have this insurance, my pet has some heart conditions plus she broke a ligament and needed a TPLO surgery, Nationwide really help me in this times of need. got lay off from my job and my dog needed that surgery and wouldn't be able to afford if it wasn't for Nationwide. I just have to say, thank you so much!!

Worth the Cost!

While seeing premiums increase as your pet gets older can be a little exasperating, the truth is having that 90% return when your dog DOES need to go in can be a life saver! A much-needed teeth clean can cost over $1,000.00 but I ended up going most of it back so it was all worth it. And please get insurance asap! The younger they are, the premium hit is very doable per month and the coverage is pretty extensive. I have all 3 of my pets on Nationwide and with the multi pet discount as well, it's a great deal! Nationwide Truly is on My Side! Thank you!

This is the first time I have had pet insurance and I am so very thankful. My work started offering it as a benefit this year and I thought I would give it a try. I didn't know what to expect for reimbursement of a $7,800+ surgery bill. I was just hoping it wouldn't be a big hassle to get a couple of thousand back. I was so pleased to receive notification that I was getting the full 90% no hassle, no excuses. Everyone I know will know how great Nationwide is.
