I have been delighted with my decision to purchase Nationwide Pet Insurance. The coverage is excellent, the premiums reasonable and the claims process is fast and easy. In the past year I've used it for regular vet visits, x-rays required after eating a sock and neutering. My preference would be not need in for the next few years, but non the less, I'll have the piece of mind that it's there if needed.

Customer service representative I spoke to was great...super personable. Honestly that's why I decided to up my policy in the end. She made it great by being easy to speak with. I would definitely her a 5 ✴

Easy and straightforward
It was easy. The expenses all went to my deductible. You made the process of putting in my claim very easy. I feel comfortable that if something significant happened, by insurance would do a good job processing the claim.

Pet Insurance WELL WORTH THE $
As always, I am shocked at how quickly you process the claim and the money shows up in my bank account. This is our 4th dog and I wish I had insurance on all of them, well worth the $. Our doggie has contracted which looks like a lifetime disease of Valley fever and the medicine costs a lot but with insurance we pay 10% after the quick reimbursement. I tell everyone about your company!

I wish I had shopped around more before selecting Trupanion. There are companies with an annual deductible for all health issues not on a per issue basis. I will be sure to select HealthyPaws for my next pet. Since I enrolled in Trupanion in 2016, the policy continues to be changed with more and more restrictions added while your premium is increased annually. I liked Trupanion at one point. I would urge others to ship around before choosing Trupanion. They are not the same company they once were.

Absolutely satisfied and happy with my Trupanion experience. When my 7 month old puppy ingested a poisonous substance, it meant an overnight at the animal ER and also follow up blood work 2 weeks later. Trupanion was there for us.
