Customer service was excellent but my premium goes up every year. I’ve been a customer for 12 years and thankfully have never needed my insurance. My deductible is very high but my dog is too old to transfer to a new policy.

Your monthly fee for pet insurance is EXTREMELY HIGH!
Your monthly fee for pet insurance is EXTREMELY HIGH! And most of my claims for my dogs care have been denied! Your pet insurance is higher than my health insurance every month! Since a lot of people are now unemployed they can't afford your high insurance rates as they have other personal problems to consider like paying rent buying food and taking care of their lives and family!

ASPCA has been fantastic to us!
We have an English Bulldog and they require a lot vet visits. ASPCA pet insurance has been so good , they have paid many expensive claim for both my dogs. This insurance is so we. With the $50.00 premium each month.. Highly recommend them.. I have been a customer for over 13 years.
