The team is always willing to work with me and happy to answer any question I might come up with. In this virtual age, it is very nice to have a easy to use account portal and a web chat available. My vet also has the system built in so I get to file my claim through them without any additional hassle on my end. Very worth the investment!

Healthy paws is the worst insurance you could possibly buy they do not provide what they say they do it’s Baden switch they charge you a fortune and they don’t provide any reimbursement at all in five years with my dog I have not gotten one dime $86 a month for two dogs a Doggo and a French bulldog and they provided no reimbursement at all unless your dog is run over by a car don’t expect to get paid normal wear and tear injections Cleaning’s infections they don’t cover a dime I would not buyThis insurance I would not buy this insurance bait and switch caveat on tour buyer beware

We have had Healthy Paws for a few years and it has been amazing! Our sweet Maci has had 2 "ACL" surgeries in the last 7 months. Yes, I know it's not actually ACL, but it's easiest explained that way. We could not have done her surgeries and physical therapy without Healthy Paws. It's a great investment to help keep our Maci healthy! We are now adding our 2nd Goldendoodle on a policy!

Excellent and reliable! They are a bit pricey - but we had no problems with our claims for an emergency with one of our dogs. So - worth the price!

Process is easy and simple to file a claim online. The best part is the turnaround time for the claim to be processed is very quick. Very impressed and pleased with the services. Will never be without Trupanion pet insurance, it’s affordable and it has been there when we needed it. Highly recommend other pet owners take advantage of these services. Peace of Mind with Trupanion
I chose this rating because I did my research and Trupanion has all the required medical needs I want for my pup Phoenix. The unlimited and the direct pay options sealed the deal. I also like how the deductible functions with Trupanion. I already referred two friends to Trupanion. Both my friends just got puppies. Insurance with Trupanion provides us with peace of mind! If an emergency comes up at least I have coverage to assist in our time of need.

We have been so thankful that we got pet insurance for our puppy, Ruby! Due to some medical issues, she had multiple trips to the emergency vet during her first year, and Healthy Paws was very quick to process our claims. They make it clear what is covered and what is not when they send explanations of coverage. Their customer support team has been helpful and friendly. I’m a little concerned to see if our rates are going to skyrocket when our policy renews, but we still recommend everyone get pet insurance when bringing home a pet!
