Excellent Insurance!
I adopted my dog in 2018 and signed up with Healthy Paws right away. The coverage is excellent and submitting claims is so easy! I have a big dog who developed hip dysplasia and supraspinatus. Healthy Paws has covered everything I need to help keep him feeling his best. Without Healthy Paws Insurance it would be really difficult financially to keep him so comfortable. I'm so grateful to them for providing such an amazing service. My boy is going on nine years old and this morning we walked almost 4 1/2 miles! This is a great company!!

My dog Shep the "corn dog"
My golden, shep, ate a raw corn on the cob at Thanksgiving; i discovered this after he vomited some pieces 10 days later. He was rushed into surgery where they removed two large pieces of the corn cob which was blocking his intestinal tract from his stomach. All went well and he is fine; I submitted my claim to Pets Plus Us online and received my cheque in less than a week no questions asked. Great service

Healthy Paws Saved Our Pup
We no sooner adopted our rambunctious puppy and got him established with Healthy Paws, than he had a freak accident involving a friendly game of tug with a large dog and broke the growth plate off his femur, requiring a total hip replacement. Healthy Paws was a Godsend. They never questioned a bill. Always processed our claims within 48 hours, and we always had a direct deposit payment 24 hours after that. I am not sure we could have given this beautiful puppy a chance for a normal life without Healthy Paws.

Pets Best Has Been Amazing
I’ve always had pets, but it wasn’t until getting my now 4 year old dog did I even think about getting pet insurance. I asked around, posted on social media, and read online reviews before deciding on Pets Best. Pets Best offers illness, accident, and wellness coverage, as well as reimbursement for heartworm prevention. The monthly rates are affordable and submitting a claim is easy! I simply scan my billing statement with my info, my pets’ info, and what I purchased to the Pets Best app. I receive reimbursement directly so everything is paperless, as well. Additionally, Pets Best customer service is awesome! I had a complex billing issue (due to a provider’s clerical error) and they couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful. Overall, Pets Best has been a great choice for my family.

Ripoff
I seen the ads all over GOOGLE for a pet insurance that paid up front. I would have never bought this insurance had I knew they were going to do this. My dog is old and I told them that and they charged me over $270.18 and never told me of a waiting period either. Said they would pay my vet directly. My vet was listed on their page and that made me do it. My dog had a bump on her chest and I took her to the vet. Costing me over $700 for the visit. I had to pay up front and submit the claim. I was a little upset. So I went back on line and called all the vets that Trupanion said they took their insurance. It was like ALL the other insurance companies except a lot more expensive but my dog deserved it. I called them and told them that. They said just submit the claim. Online they said that 70% of claims are paid within 24 hours. When 3 days past I started to get suspicious. I took my dog in for a followup and the bump imploded and had to have immediate surgery. That's another $450. Then today 2 days after her surgery Trupanion DENIED my claim. They lied and scammed my for the huge money and I could have went with several other companies, a lot cheaper who would have paid the claim after reimbursement. All their emails and all their ads were dishonest and I want my money back. All of it because of this. This company not only said it would work with me on my claim but denied it a second time even when my vet said it was not pre-existing so there's nothing Trupanion can say they are crooked. If you don't believe me, GOOGLE THEM and LOOK them up on BBB. Thousands of complaints with their pathetic sorry for the problem, but we are still keeping your money and you get nothing. NEVER USE THEM

Fair but unhappy
Trupanion has a convenient process for claim filing and you are reimbursed fairly quickly. My premiums have consistently gone up every year and I am not happy about this. Your reasons are just poor excuses.

Love my Nationwide
I have a chocolate lab who is mischievous to say the least and full of allergies. We visit Dr Brad of Davis Animal hospital on a regular visit for his shots. It’s so easy , take a photo of the statement, upload and Bam. Check arrived about 5 days give or take a day or so. Highly recommend Nationwide to all my friends!

Better hope something major doesn’t happen because they’re ceiling limit it ridiculous. We have the “major” medical plan that doesn’t pay “major” reimbursements Out of a 14K cancer treatment, they cover 5K
Fast Direct Deposit Claim payments
I had a few claims for my 5 year old lab in my 1st year with PetsPlusUs. I found out that the claims process worked very well when you provide all the needed information right from the beginning. I was also lucky that my Vet has a point person that provided a PDF document with all the Doctors medical notes and paid invoices in one file. I also provided an overview document and photos showing evidence of the medical issue. In 3-4 business days the money was in my account and an email with a paid claim document explaining how the claim was processed and how the deductible and co-pay amounts were factored into the claim. It’s been a great experience so far!

First Time Claim
After researching numerous pet insurance companies, MetLife was the one that offered the most of what I was looking for. I rescued two kitties and the claim process was simple and my reimbursement, after meeting the deductibles, was fast. I did have to call customer service regarding a question I had about my claim. I spoke to Donna, a wonderful person! She answered all my questions about my claims. I did not feel rushed and had a better understanding of my claims and policy. I would definitely recommend MetLife to my family and friends that are looking. Thank you and keep up the great work!
