Pet's Best is an exceptional company which I recommend highly.
"I've had Pet's Best insurance since 2017. They are a stellar company. Last year my dog was diagnosed as diabetic, and earlier this year he lost his sight completely due to cataracts from the diabetes. Three weeks ago he had cataract surgery and he can now see again. Pet's Best has paid the claims promptly and completely, and thanks to them I was able to get the surgery my dog needed. I really can't recommend them highly enough. I have had surgeries for my dogs in the past and Pet's Best has always paid the claims promptly. Also, having free access to Whiskerdocs has proven to be invaluable. If it wasn't for them, I would not have known to take my dog to an Internal Medicine Specialist to regulate his diabetes - which the primary vet was unable to do. Whiskerdocs has been an excellent resource."
There for us in a time of need
I have never used pet insurance before, and when we adopted a purebred Sphynx, I thought it was in our best interest. I did my research and found Healthy Paws. The price was competitive, and the coverage I was quoted for felt sufficient. Fast forward to our cat's 1 year well visit, we were informed his cardio pet value was the highest they'd ever seen and referred us to a cardiologist. Sadly, our baby was diagnosed with juvenile heart disease, and we were given the news that he would be on lifelong medication and still have a short life. The news was devastating, and I was worried about how the insurance would treat us. They were amazing. The claims were easily submitted, and we were reimbursed within 2 days directly to our bank account. He recently went into heart failure after a routine procedure and was in the hospital. Healthy Pets covered all of his costs that were covered and even sent a check-in email to see how he was progressing. They make a bad situation feel safe and secure. Now I can focus on him and less about how I will afford to care for him. Highly recommend!

Pet's Best has been covering our two dogs from the time they were puppies, almost 5 years now. Pet's Best has always come through and handled the claims just as they advertise, I recommend them highly to everyone I know.
Very Pleased
I have not had insurance in the past. Met Life has made it very easy to put in a claim.. I can either download the bill for my dog via an email statement or just snap a pic and add...very easy! They keep you aware of the process and when to expect payment. My dog has had pre-existing conditions but they pick up with anything new from when I started the insurance and have not raised rates at all with my renewal, in fact, I got $500 more coverage the next year for FREE!
Horrible Pet Insurance turn-around time!
I have abeen a customer of Pet Best Insurance and pay $110(!)/month total for both my dog and cat. I recently submitted three claims for reimbursement. One was for an RX which was processed and reimbursed in a timely manner, and the other two which were for my dog's annual exam is still "being processed" despite the fact that it has been 10+ days since it was submitted! When attempting to reach the company via email to inquire why their was a hold-up, I discovered that there was no way to do so. The only way to communicate is via phone call. I placed said call and was put thru numerous hoops and menus to attemot to reach a human. I finally refused to push anymore numbers and thus was placed on a torturous hold with the same annoying message repeated in a loop about accessing the FAQ section online. After this, I reached a lovely customer service rep (at least this was a bright spot!) who informed me that it can take 15-45 days to process a claim!! Unfortunately, there wasn't anything she could do to expedite but siad she would submit a complaint on my behalf. Needless to say, I will cancel this horrible insurance and seek a better option that can process in a timely way in the same way that they are timely to request and receive my monthly payments!

Not honest
Don’t put your card down for auto premium payments. They double charged me for October as soon at I added my card then refuse to refund saying I missed a previous payment when I did not. I have my bank statements and they cannot show proof where one was missed. They say they look into it but never got back to me. They always raise the premiums $20-$40 per month each year. They pick and choose what qualifies. I feel they are a very dishonest company

Pets Best is the BEST
Tootsie is on thryoid medication which has been a lifesaver for her -- she has lost weight, has more energy, and is more alert. Having PetsBest insurance helps with monthly medication costs plus the periodic bloodwork. Every month I submit the claim and it is promptly processed and deposited into my checking account. PetsBest is the BEST! Thank you.
Excellent Experience when I made a claim
Excellent service, simple to submit a claim. They covered everything according to the plan without any delays. We received the reimbursement before the credit card bill came in. I have two dogs that are insured through healthypaws and I highly recommend this service. It really offers a "peace of mind" when unexpected health issues occur with your pets. Jasmine just had TPLO surgery, and it really took the financial implications out of the equation when deciding what to do about her knee injury. I will always have this service as long as I have pets in the home
Excellent and fast reimbursement
Our dog Sophie recently had extensive surgery. The Pets Plus Us claim was very simple to file and the payment arrived in a couple of days. This definitely eased the burden of a very expensive surgery. I would recommend Pets Plus Us to any pet owner.
