I cannot tell you how much I appreciate the customer service reps. when I call. I love the smooth filing system. I tell everyone I know who has a beloved pet about your company. Even though my pup is now 12 and a half and his health is failing, I know it is because I have Trupanion that he is still here with me. Trupanion has made it easier for me to get him the help he needs and make it possible for me to continue with all his medications daily. This is an expense the I would not be able to cover if it were not for the insurance. Will I put a policy on my new pup or pups when the time comes, you bet I will, there is no better peace of mind than to have Trupanion. Murphy is here today because of you. Thank you ever so much. Efficient, Easy, Great Coverage - Human Health Insurance should take a lesson from Nationwide Pet Insurance!!!
I can't believe how easy it is to location information, forms, file claims, renew policies. The coverage is great and I have never had an issue. The turnaround time on claims is unbelievably fast. Nationwide should be the example for human health insurance in this country!!

I'll ALWAYS have Trupanion
During this latest, prolonged diagnosis and treatment sequence for my poor dog, I paid the veterinary hospital, which then kindly submitted the Trupanion claims directly. I'd receive emails as Trupanion did their processing and quickly a reimbursement check from Trupanion would appear in my mailbox! That simple process removed a couple of stress factors for me while I focused on my treasured pet and enabled me to keep the mounting vet bills manageable. I'll ALWAYS have Trupanion coverage for my pets!
