Re evaluate and reconsider
Pls re consider And re evaluate the term ''pre existing conditions.' Our dog had issues with his skin and yea before we enrolled with Trupanion. This is true. But, his skin and eye Have had issues from current situations and they have no connection with the past. Please re consider and be kind.

It's elitist to believe only a DVM can give a dog a chiropractic adjustment. My chiropractor has been adjusting animals for decades and one of the first to be certified to adjust animals probably before DVM started. I was never advised till I spoke to Christina of the DVM requirement. Extremely disappointed.

My baby boy stop eating for close to three weeks at least very little and was a struggle with that I was scared I brought him in and it was a comfort to know trupanion had my back thank you team ????

Breeder's Recommendation
What wanted to review what I could and could not expect from the policy. I also wanted to explore the optional riders to see if they might be useful to my situation. It was my perception that the service rep was impatient with my questions. It seemed more effort than it was worth, given that she did confirm my understanding to that point. I only went with your companion because I trust my breeders recommendation (Diane Elliott, Ontario, Canada) and I had already invested a significant amount of time reviewing your documents. You look like a good company and I my breeder's recommendation proves correct. Cheers.
