I haven't had to submit a claim yet but a coworker highly recommended Trupanion.
I haven't had to submit a claim yet, but a coworker highly recommended Trupanion. She has had to use it on one of her dogs on several occasions and has always had a very good experience. After her recommendation, I looked up the website and read the material. Having a dachshund, it gives me piece of mind that I have a pet insurance I can rely on when I need it.

The enrollment process was excellent
The enrollment process was excellent. It's too early to tell how the claims service is.We had Nationwide with our first English Bulldog. They were great in payouts but their service was a little slow. We now have a new 12 week old English Bulldog baby girl. We heard about Spot and decided to try it.

Feel Good About Your Decision to Purchase Pet Insurance
The website is loaded with info even answered questions I didn't think of asking but once I read it I'm glad all the info was there and it was there spelled out completely. Left me with a very good feeling that I was doing the right thing with the right company. I'm hoping not to have to use the insurance of course, but I feel confident that Trupanion will be there with any help I may need when and if I need it.
