Trupanion does a great job of handling claims.
Trupanion does a great job of handling claims. I don't like the fact that Trupanion does not cover "office visit fees" or preventative care meds; i.e. flea and tick control and Heartguard. Isn't it cheaper in the long run to have insurance for preventative care than treat the illness?

Very happy with Trupanion for our special little guy
Easy to use website. Simple, straightforward coverage and explained well on site. Sample Insurance document is easy to follow. It would be good to know before sign up is complete that there is a one time $35 admin fee at the start, then one knows the first payment will be higher before its charged.
