Their rates goes up every year no matter what! Every couple years I guess acceptable, but every year no I am sorry! And we are stuck because if we try to moved our dogs to a different insurance now it will cost us more! And everything that happens if it’s a new incident you start all over with the deductible! It’s very disappointing!
