The timeliness of getting Sterling in for an appointment was essential , the professional examination and research the vet did was so very comprehensive, my appreciation is beyond words. Absolutely the worst company imagineable
This company is so bad it's just a scam. I have 17 animals insured through them. In a year they have paid ONE claim and then they sent a letter requesting the money back, saying they made a mistake. Heading to my state insurance commission to file a complaint about this terrible company.
