Could not process my claim online. Had to call and then submit via email. Pets Best needs to fix their technology platform. Transition did not go well. And then because we did our wellness check 7 days before auto-renewal, Pets Best did not cover the full amount of the claim. So much for being efficient...

Very easy Experience
Finding an insurance policy was a piece of cake through MetLife. The website was user friendly and it was easy to change options on the quote to see how it would affect the rate.

Great for insurance, AWFUL technology issues
They, as an insurance company, are great and who I recommend to all of my friends/family. HOWEVER despite going back and forth several times with the company about getting locked out of my account because the validation links (sent mere seconds ago) are magically expired! 0/10 for the technology.

Two major complaints
Two major complaints. The first is that we lost hundreds of dollars in our first year because we didn't know that they unreasonably do not pay out if you don't submit the invoices within a very short period of time (rather than the full year). We held off submitting because our dog was still experiencing health issues so we thought we would submit after we knew they were resolved. Second, we just received the notice of our third year's cost. It is 26.5% higher than the previous year! There is no universe where a three year old dog has a 26.5% higher risk than a two year old dog. I would not recommend Fetch to anyone.
