I am amazed at how easy and convenient Trupanion is. Best investment I've made for my pups and their health. Now, if only my health insurance was this easy.
Unclear as to how deductible is applied to claims
I’m not very happy that this company breaks sown the deductible into numerous categories. I may have not read the application contract clearly but I’m seriously thinking about this policy because of what I perceive as unclear loopholes in the coverage policy. I’m in the process of finding a policy from another company. I can not recommend Pet’s Best.

Think Twice before using Pets Plus Us
I discovered a charge come out of my bank account, then discovered the same charge had been withdrawn from my account for 3 years! How I missed this I have no idea, bad on me for not noticing sooner, however it was was CONFIRMED that my cancelation was documented that I did indeed canceled in their records- however they decided to continue pulling funds month after month, year after year. 2021,2022,2023, 2024 I will say that the lady I spoke with was lovely, concerned about my situation and did her best to help me at her level. This situation was requested to be expedited by me, and to date not one dollar has been returned in spite of an expedited concern and error on their part. I will reach out to Consumer protection as a next step.

came back not able to walk
STAY AWAY. my dog came back from being in boarding for 4 days NOT BEING ABLE TO WALK. Jack and the veterinarian were horrible. they want to charge me full service for an xray. they "called" me one time a few hours before pickup one time but told me NOTHING when i came and got her. she went there full of energy and came back lethargic and lame. charges are filed.

Exam to Surgery of Tumour
My pet Rollo was vomiting for a few days. He also starting to turn his nose up. My vet had no appts but allowed me to being Rollo in. They checked his blood and he had pancreatitus. The xray found a tjmour. That was Friday. Monday was surgery Day. Rollo had a 2 ft tumour and it burst and he hemorraged. Blood pressure dropped and heart beat raced upwards. They did an autotranfusion. Rollo recovered. Rollo had a very excllent and competient surgeons. It was a crisis. .
